Mungo Jerry's favorite toy
Our Golden Retriever loves this toy so much it is what we give him as a special treat when we have to leave him alone. At first I was shocked by how big it is. But he loves whipping it around.
Gator wrestlin’
My Pyrenees/ Irish Setter pup loves his gator. He runs for the gator and tries to win the match every day. I recommend this toy highly. We also love the deep grunt it makes when it gets tackled. A winner.
Fun new toy.
This was larger than I expected but our dog Lacey loves it. She squeaks it and drags it around. One of the squeakers is already broken though. Sometimes she sleeps with it.
Great for a Great Dane
Well, it is still in one piece and the squeakers are still working after a week of play.
Durable honker
lasted a long time with my baby Malamute. Especially the honking long oblong squeaker in the body. She had a real hard time dismantling that. Probably the longest lasting toy of this kind ever for her. She is a very enthusiastic chewer, A destroyer of worlds.
Dogs best Friend
We got this on sale for her birthday about 6 months ago. Usually our pup loves to tear apart all the toys and animals we get her, and they never last more than a day. This Alligator has become her best friend! She sleeps with it in her bed, and when hanging out with us in other parts of the house she always bring it along. Not all of the squeakers still work, but the one in the head does. My husband and I always comment on how we are shocked it has lasted this long. She just loves it! We will definitely purchase another one for her when this one has gotten too worn out. I would recommend this to anyone! Its also pretty big but not an issue since our pup is a German Shepherd.
Great toy purchase
This is our 2nd gator. We still have the first one we still have the first one we purchased, which was more than a year ago. My dog loves it. We also have the giraffe, and elephant. The only issue we have is the big squeaker in the tummy is a two piece noise maker and the pieces separate when she plays with it. Therefore no more big tummy squeaker. I have felt around and reconnected the two pieces inside, but still. This should not happen with a new toy. Otherwise, my dog loves these toys for fun and games.
Good for small dogs too!
I didn’t notice the size on this toy and bought it for my 15 lb Dachshund and despite the alligator being the same length as him, he LOVES this thing! The grunt scared him a little at first (maybe not great if your dog is skiddish) but overall he has been obsessed.
Dog loves this toy
This is the second one I have ordered in a year. They still play with the first one even though it has been destuffed. I have 2 labs that are very tough on toys, but this one really holds up. My Dog loves the big squeaker that's in the body of the gator. Great toy
Boxer Approved
My 3 year old boxer loves his alligator, we call him Spike. This toy has survived 2 boxers playing tug-a-war. It has been sucked on, dragged everywhere and still looks pretty close to new if you ignore the dirt. NOTE: the squeaker inside died on day one. There are many plastic pieces inside, like plastic bottles, that make noise so it helps to make the toy interesting. I will buy again when this one dies, but I doubt it will be anytime soon.
