Great little fountain

I wasn't sure if she'd be willing to drink from a fountain, but my cat took to it immediately. She likes to drink right from the little upper leaf part the water comes out of. I like how I can see the water level and how I don't have to refill it every day. I have a tiny studio appartment and mostly I don't notice the noise, and when I do its not the motor but the sound of the water dropping. Kind of sounds like rain so it's not that bad, and it's usually covered up by the sound of the fridge anyway.

My cats like it!

We had to look for another fountain after the previous stopped selling filters and so I decided to try this one. I clean their fountain very often, so I have not noticed any build up and cleaning is fairly easy! The filters work well, catching everything and I replace the filter around weekly at the moment (many kitties). It’s quiet and easy to disassemble and reassemble. Highly recommend! The filters also come with the sponge needed to be replaced I think every 2 filter changes. I have it on low, they didn’t like the higher settings in case anyone has that issue.

Cat’s drink more water now

Saw somewhere that cat’s will drink more water if it’s running like this. Definitely a noticeable difference, only used to fill a little plate once or twice a day and am now filling this whole fountain up regularly. Cat’s love it!

Mixed cat emotions

I really thought my cats would like this as 1) they love to play with water and 2) one of my cats is very particular in not getting his whiskers wet when he drinks. So I thought an elevated flowing apparatus would be perfect. They didn't really use it. One cat played with it and the other didn't want anything to do with it. However, I had a friend that bought almost the same one and told me to take the elevated part out. I did and my cats actually seemed to like it more. Plus with the lily pad out it was just a bubbling hole and quieter. Which it wasn't really that loud to begin with. I haven't given up yet I'm going to keep trying. Glad it was on sale to test the waters, as I heard fountains entices them to drink more and possibly decrease adverse health issues down the road.

Lilly pad water fountain

I just l ove this fountain, but mor importantly my Sophie who is 19 this year loves it.he was making water puddles with her bowls and really making a mess. But with this fountain she can play with the water coming out of the lily pad and not make a mess on the floor. YES we love this fountain.

Love This!

Both my cats and I love this cute fountain. They love drinking water from this thing and it keeps them well hydrated. It is very cute and easy to set up. Absolutely would recommend!

not worth it

Pet fountain is easy to use and put together, and worked for awhile, however I've only had this water fountain about 4 months and it's broken already! I only have one cat so it's not used heavily, but one day the motor just crapped out and stopped working. Not worth it for only a few months use

Water trickle is too loud, but cat loves it.

It’s not a bad water fountain. My cat seems too love it and she’s been drinking more so that’s awesome. The pros are that it’s easy to see the water level in the base. Also, the nice open design with an easily accessible bowl and the leaf shaped fountain spout is similar to a sink and faucet which I think is what my cat loves about it. My big complaint is that, because of the open bowl and the spout, the trickle sound of the water is loud. I bought this to replace an old CatIt fountain that we’ve had for years and finally burnt out. That one doesn’t have a bowl but a dome that the water from the spout cascades down. That one was silent until the water level in the base was too low. This one is just a constant, loud splish, splash, trickling sound.

Not what I expected

This product is very different than what I expected. It is extremely light and simply made. It is just not worth what I paid for it. My cat does not like it so I cannot use it. I am going to have to go somewhere local and buy a better quality product. I should have read the description more closely.
