A Portable Playground
Whether you're a new puppy owner or your dog tends to get into everything, the Frisco Dog Exercise Pen gives him a safe place to play and rest. It can be used indoors to separate your pup from guests or keep him out of rooms that are off-limits for curious canines. And it's perfect for outdoor play, especially in yards without fences.

Built for Safety
Keeping your pet safe is the most important consideration. Two slide-bolt latches and an additional safety clip secure the door to prevent a daring escape. When you're outdoors, use the included anchors to keep the pen rooted in place. The sturdy wire panels have rounded corners and are covered in a durable, black e-coating.
Versatile Design
Practical design features make the Frisco Pen adaptable, reliable and easy to use. It comes with eight connected panels that can be arranged in several different configurations. You can even form two smaller pens with separate entryways. When it's in an octagon shape, the corner stabilizers can be used for extra support.
Easy to Transport and Store
The Frisco Dog Exercise Pen is made to fold flat for compact storage and portability. That makes it easy to take to the park or camping, and when you're done, you can pack it up into a space-saving, rectangular shape for storage in the car or at home.

Great For Small Dogs.
By dendagail on Apr 8, 2021
I use this pen inside. It was easy to assemble. It works well for my 23 lb dog. That dog as well as my 98 lb dog can easily push the gate open when the gate is locked. I use hooks to reinforce the locks on the gate. Since you don't anchor it down inside my 98 lb dog can move it around with ease. All of my dogs and one of my cats enjoy going inside as long as the gate is open. It's called an exercise pen however even the 23 lb dog doesn't have enough room to truly exercise therefore the name is misleading. I would recommend this pen for small dogs and medium sized dogs (up 35 lbs). I would never purchase it for a large high energy dog.

NEEDS HOLD DOWNS FOR INSIDE USE
By PINPAL on Apr 1, 2021
The pen is actually pretty great! I have an eight week old puppy, now 10 weeks old and without the pen I’m not sure how I would’ve managed her. She actually loves being in the pen as I put lots of toys and chewies for her and a soft pillow for her to nap on during the day. It’s helping potty train her very nicely. She can still see me and join in activities but with boundaries! Of course I let her out quite often to play but the pen has been awesome! My only complaint is they give you the brackets for outside use but nothing for inside. I did find some brackets that had adhesive for the tile floor. I haven’t put them on yet but plan to. Frustrating and sharp!
By FOMFamily on Apr 2, 2021
First of all, I want to say that the product is fairly well built for the price. However some design flaws leave us frustrated and not feeling as satisfied as we hoped. The biggest issue is the door placement - we are hooking this up to a crate for a puppy. We didnt realize that you cannot rotate or swap the panels out in the configuration so the door is absolutely useless to us now. Many of the connected wire pieces where it joins the top of the pen are not grounded down and are sharp. I'll probably add some foam pipe wrap to cover the edges. Also, some of the panels are warped from being compressed but it does not compromise the structure. Just overall feeling a bit let down.

Great for keeping puppy out of trouble!
By Ncsuz on Mar 26, 2021
Got this to give my puppy an area to hang out while I worked from home that would let her still play and get her energy out. She does cry when she initially goes in after a week but she quickly quiets down and plays with her toys or sleeps on her bed. I also use it when I am cooking or anytime I can’t keep an eye on her. It has been so useful! I do use it upside down so there isn’t a ledge for her to step over it get in and out. I also attach her crate to it sometimes to expand her space. Definitely recommend!

Easy to assemble, good height
By Renochs on Apr 12, 2021
I bought this to help contain my dog who supposed to be in immobilized after surgery. He’s an extra large dog so I purchased that the tallest 48” model. However, it’s a little bit small in circumference for an XXL dog, so I would recommend actually adding a couple of extra panels on the ones that are taller. We ended up using this for outside time for our baby chicks instead (not to be used on supervised). I really like the inground stakes that come with it to stabilize it.

Guarded recommendation
By Meg4 on Apr 10, 2021
I’m using this wire pen indoors to contain my puppy. The advantages are that it is large enough for a pee pad, bed and a water dish. The disadvantages are that the wire might scratch the floor as it slides easily. We had to anchor the pen with cup hooks screwed into our window sill that fit around the wires. I would have used plastic, but my puppy chews everything incessantly so I have to have a metal pen. Once he is through the chewing stage, I’ll probably switch to plastic.

Didn't work for me
By Chilidog on Apr 11, 2021
My dog hates being enclosed so we ended up send this back. Set up was easy but I ended up flipping the gate so that the dog didnt have to jump over the little step to get out. She was too small and we got the 24in. I think this would work better for someone who is using it outside where it can be staked down or if you weighted it down because my 5 pound pup was able to push it in towards her without a problem. Chewy was good with the return.

Quality for Cost
By DinoMom on Apr 10, 2021
Compared to how cheap this is, I’d say the quality is pretty good but it’s not amazing. The sides were already sorta bent, including the door which makes it more challenging to close. Another thing I was highly disappointed with was the stabilizers. They would not stay put. It’s possible I was doing something wrong, but I tried them every way. I think it’s partly just you get what you pay for.

Perfect for our Bunny
By Gof3 on Mar 22, 2021
We got a baby lionhead bunny. We wanted him to have plenty of room to do his binky and hopping around. So we got this size. Very pleased. You ca make it any shape you want pretty much. It’s roomy and has 2 door clasps well made and a hook to ensure it stays locked. He loves it! I’m very glad we got this size and the price was about $30 cheaper getting it from Chewy than local places! Fast shipping! You can never go wrong buying from Chewy. It’s personal service, too!
