I love my fur daddy so much. You have to know that it’s not a vacuum!! You use your hand to push it around. The batteries are for the light and a small movement to help get the hair/fur. I actually use this on my carpet/rugs and I think it does a better job than my vacuum. If you don’t have the time to physically push it around, it’s prob not for you. I myself love it and will buy more in the future. Thanks for having a great product like this. Highly recommended.
I own two of these since we have three cats and a whole lot of hair. Once you understand how to operate it, it does wonders. The one star reviews are from people without small screwdrivers and people who think this is a vacuum! It is not a vacuum, it’s a large step up from a lint roller. Additionally, the batteries are only for the light and a slight vibration which are 100% not necessary to use this product. I recommend this to everyone I know with pets.
Absolutely LOVE this ! My German Shepherd has taken over the spare bedroom bed and its so hard to get the comforter looking clean. This easily removes the hair. You should read the instructions 1st, not difficult to use but it is not a mini vac. Love it so much I am buying another!!
I had to go to Home Goods to find a small enough screwdriver to open the battery compartment. The screw is extremely small. Had I known that I never would have purchased it. Haven't tried it out yet. It better work well after all that trouble.
I pulled it out of the box and first swipe the handle broke off. Now it doesnt work. Total waste of money.
Cheap.. requires batteries but the battery cover cannot be removed. Batteries would just be for the light since muscle power and 3 inch back and forth strokes are required to make this pick up fur.
This was recommended by my friend. I received it, read directions, put in new batteries, and it didn't work 😑
Fur Daddy is o.k. Does not roll easily and I'm not completely happy with it.
no suction but as soon as I found out it uses 2 triple A batteries I was concerned. triple a batteries have no power to run an item like this. Also the on and off button is right on the handle and when placing my hand on it to use it it kept shutting it off. I checked it for suction and found none I am sure this is due to batteries are not strong enough this item needs to be reworked by it's maker.
This works well on my furniture. It’s the best one I’ve bought so far. And I’ve bought 3 other different kinds that did not do as well. I have 2 huskies & a cat. I have to use it several times a day because of the huskies & the material that picks up the hair is wearing down already. I think I bought it 4 months ago. So that’s why I gave it only 4 stars. I think cost is too high if I have to replace it that often.
