I just started fostering Rex, who's part Anatolian shepherd, part Lord knows what else (guesses include wolfhound, chow, German shepherd, werewolf, lion, and yak) and all floof: long, fine, double-textured hair that mats if it even gets near water. Every time I brushed him, it looked like I'd dumped a bag full of pillow stuffing onto my floor and it JUST. KEPT. COMING.
Honestly, I only got the broom as an add-on to hit the free shipping amount and wasn't expecting much, but this broom is GENIUS. It picked up all kinds of hair and dirt that my broom and Swiffer mop couldn't touch. I can't speak to how it works on carpets, since my place is only hardwood/tile/linoleum, but on those surfaces I just started fostering Rex, who's part Anatolian shepherd, part Lord knows what else (guesses include wolfhound, chow, German shepherd, werewolf, lion, and yak) and all floof: long, fine, double-textured hair that mats if it even gets near water. Seems stupid but really works!!

Ok it’s a rubber broom how exciting could it possibly be. HONESTLY PRETTY EXCITING. My carpets have accumulated years and years of dog, cat, and human hair that my vacuum can never seem to manage. After spending 10 minutes with this thing, I had a hair ball literally as big as my cat pulled up out of the carpet. Idk how much this thing actually picks up dirt and small particles and all that, but it’s by far the best tool I’ve found to tackle pet and human hair.
effective & easy to use

I was eager to try this product since I have a light-colored rug in my bedroom that our two dogs are always rolling around on. The vacuum was ineffective at getting all the fur/dirt/leaves they brought in out, and the rug was starting to look really dirty. This product worked very well and quickly pulled up tons of hair! Can't recommend enough
What a Broom!!

I purchased this - just to see how it would go. I was not expecting anything much at all. The FURemover has exceeded all my expectations. I have vacuumed with our vacuum, it's a brand that rhyme with Tyson, then did a second run over the floor with the FURemover. It was kind of amazing how much dog hair and dust this thing collects.
BEST BROOM IVE EVER OWNED

You know you’re an adult when you are excited to sweep! This broom is amazing! It gets pet and people hair off my area rugs that even the best of vacuums couldn’t get! Great on hardwood floors and it won’t damage them! Makes sweeping and vacuuming fun!

We have a cat and a mixed breed rot/lab mix. The small short hair is so easy to miss with other brooms and even the vacuum. This works great removing all the fine hair from floors. Also good for removing hair from upholstered furniture before vacuuming.
Seems very effective

My friend wanted me to add this fur broom to my order for her, it arrived quickly, and she LOVES it. Its been 2 months now and she's still ranting and raving about this broom! She has a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy. Her husband works 3rd shift so she can't just pull the vacuum out whenever. This broom was the perfect solution and really gets the hair up.
Worth the Money, Love this Broom!

This FURemover broom does a great job removing pet and human hair. I found it works best on carpet when lightly sweeping in a circular motion and removing the hair from the broom often while using it. The handle extends and twists into place. It arrived at my door in a 41.5" high x 11" wide box.

I was fairly skeptical about this, but figured for $15 I could try it and if it didn't work I could donate it to an animal shelter. I have a Norwegian Forest cat, with very long, thick fur that gets everywhere, so I was in dire need of something to de-fur my carpet at least a little in-between vacuums.
I was very pleased to find that it works very well, although not in the way I expected. I thought it would grab the fur in the bristles of the broom, but it doesn't - it just sweeps all the debris in your carpet (including the embedded fur) into a pile for easy pick-up! Two thumbs up!
doesn't work as hoped

I got this to help my aging vacuum deal with dog hair - I have Australian shepherds and despite brushing them multiple times a week, the undercoat is packed into the carpet, such that even after I vacuum, I can still take my boot and scrape it across the carpet and get a big gob of dog hair. Poor vacuum is getting tired. I was hoping this broom would help out with the ground-in hair. It does absolutely nothing on my carpet. Now, I did take it into the kitchen and ran it around the toe-kick space for the cabinets where the dog hair bunnies collect, and it very effectively picked up that hair, no vacuum needed. The low review is because I got it for the carpet, not the bare floors.
