What are the outer and sleeping area dimensions of the jumbo and large?

The Large bed measures 36 inches long x 27 inches wide x 3 inches high. It has a sleeping surface of 29 x 23 inches. The Jumbo bed measures 44 inches long x 35 inches wide x 4 inches high. It has a sleeping surface of 40 x 31 inches.
Is the zipper on the long side of the bed to make things easy or the short side to make taking the cover off/on difficult?

Not What I Expected

The size says jumbo i bought the same thing a few years back. my dog needed a new one and i received it it was not the same. it was much smaller and the inside was like egg carton foam. it did not offer good cushion and my dog wont use it. I had to break out the old one holes and all a real jumbo size and put the new one aside with another one i bought that was not good.

Huge bed super

It’s crazy how I purchased this bed for my rottweiler however my rotti and my Doberman both sleep in it together even tho my doberman has his own bed! This bed is super huge and can fit two huge dogs comfortably. Chewy never disappoints

It's amazing

It's soft but not fluffy which is a good thing for my dog. He tends to chew threw fluffy beds. Very large. Not easy to clean. Tried to open it up to wash the top cover and couldn't get it off, ended up having to use my green machine.

He loves it!

The Jumbo is a perfect fit for my 86lb., 10 year old boy. I love the option of removing the cover. The eggshell cushion gives my old man extra comfort.

Amazing!!

I got this bed for my dog with arthritis and she loves it so much. She sleeps so much more comfortably and she is able to get up faster in the morning than previously without the bed.

Poor quality

This dog bed is very "flimsy". It doesn't even hold its shape right out of the box. I do NOT anticipate this product will last very long.

I rec’d JUMBO bed for my (3) fur babies and they love it. Comfortable, soft, headrest and ALL (3) can sleep together…PERFECT SIZE if you have multiple small dogs

Great for two medium dogs (jumbo)

I wanted a big bed that would comfortably fit both dogs (Buffy 50 lbs left; Buster 70 lbs right) that also was comfy and affordable. After LOTS of digging I stumbled onto this particular bed. Its amazing. I would purchase again. Pros: Big, comfy, easy to clean, soft, has walls Cons: Slides a lot on vinyl flooring

Cozy pup is a happy pup

These photos are hard to judge which size is best for certain size dogs. I purchased a jumbo for our German Shepherd. She is 2 now. She immediately fell in love with the two I bought her. Both furhaven brand.

Very nice bed!

I was surprised how nice this bed was for the price. My standard poodle didn't like any beds I had bought before, but really took to this one. It has a lot of room and it is so soft. Thanks for a great product!
