Wash Instructions: For best results - Remove filling (foam core). Zip close. Shake off any loose debris from cover before washing. Hand or machine wash separately; cold water. Do not bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Foam can be spot cleaned with mild soap as needed. Press excess water from mat. Do not wring. Air dry. Do not machine wash foam.

It can be hand or machine washed in cold water with a gentle detergent, then line dried or tumble dried on a low setting. Ok at first but then falls apart

I bought this bed 18 months ago and when I first got it I thought it was the greatest thing for my big guy. It start with the cover and ripping and getting holes in it until I threw it away and just used a sheet to cover it. Not the cushion is so matte down there is nothing left to it. Buy the big bark instead. Don't waste your money here.

Dissapointed in what came. It was folded over twice and crushed to fit in a small box. The creases still have not come out weeks later. Cover fits poorly, and it is a lot thinner cushion than what picture shows. Would NOT buy this bed again.

I normally don't leave reviews. Not that kind of person. But my dog (130lb Grate Dane) literally stepped on the bed and punctured the cover. I watched it him. And yes he has groomed nails. Currently in the process of trying to get my money back. The "memory foam" and "cooling gel" they claim is nothing more than normal mattress topper material. Bed isn't too bad. But it wasn't $130 worth by any means.

I bought this bed for my Saint Bernard. I was hoping it would fit in his crate based on the measurements given. Sadly It didn't. So I would recommend buying the next size down for a crate. It is now laying in my living room where my dog and kids like to hang out on it!

Super plush

I bought one for each of my dogs and they LOVE them. I'm was hoping the "cooling gel" would help them out during these hot summer days, and I'm not sure if it does, but they certainly don't seem to mind cuddling up on them even during the warmer hours, which is great because now they're not hogging my vents/fans.

We are very happy with the purchase. We couldn't find the right thing locally, in 2 pet stores, so we tried Chewy. We like everything about it, and more importantly, our Dog toke to it immediately. He is getting older and has some aches and pains/stiffness. I really like the zip off cover; but we haven't needed to wash it, yet. We have a few beds with out that feature; and we won't do that ever again. It makes it hard to clean and get rid of the smells. We might have gotten a bigger bed, but our space for this bed, was limited. We got the large for a lab size dog.

It's a nice enough bed. Expensive though for what it is. Does not feel like it has cooling gel in it or memory foam. Disappointed. But my dog likes it still so not a total loss.

There is nothing cooling about this bed...it's foam period. My large breed dog wants nothing to do with it. Not worth the hefty price I paid. Save your money. First time being unhappy with a Chewy purchase.

Seems to be comforting

I bought this bed for my senior dog that has torn her ACL. We are in the period where we are waiting to see how she comes along before deciding about the grueling surgery and rehab. The bed is firm enough to offer support but soft enough to be comfortable. I would recommend this bed for seniors since it is easy to step into and easy to stand on.
