Instant Love
Honestly, both my cat and dog could not get on this bed fast enough. It was not out of the box more than 2o seconds before my dog was curled up on it and my cat was making biscuits on it. Highly recommend. My pets seem very comfortable on it.
Doesn't compare to LLBean
This dog bed is similar to one that I have from LLBean that is several years old. However, I doesn't come close to the quality of the LLBean, and I'm sure won't last as long. My 7 month old Brittany pup tore the bottom zipper apart and chewed up the foam pad within the first five minutes it was on the floor. Unfortunately I had left the room for a few minutes. I was able to get it back together, but I am disappointed with the quality. The bottom zipper is very cheap and inadequate, and the material also not very robust. I guess I got what I paid for.
Wonderful Bed
My German Shepherd puppy is growing rapidly and I decided to invest in a “big girl” bed as a Christmas gift for her. I was wary of spending more on a menorah foam bed, but am very glad I did. My puppy LOVES this bed (and loved the box it was shipped in). I think the bed is more comfortable than my couch, the memory foam in it is very thick and supportive. I got the jumbo size (my puppy is expected to mature to about 60lbs) and it is BIG. I can sit comfortably in the bed with my legs stretched out (I’m 5’5). The sides are well supported and stay up, but are soft enough to act as a pillow for my puppy. She loves playing and sleeping in it, and even digs at. It is holding up very well and she’ll have more than enough room even once fully grown. Easy to carry from room to room as well. My only caution would be make sure you know where you are going to put it and have the space for it. The jumbo size is basically like having another piece of furniture in the room.
Great bed for smaller dogs
Got this in a medium for my beagles (one 17lbs, the other 25lbs) and its perfect! The medium size lets them have plenty of space in the bed without being ridiculously oversized. The cushion is good foam, not flimsy, however I can see the foam getting worn out rather quickly if you have a very large/heavier dog. Overall really nice bed!
Skeptical of assembly
My dog finds this bed comfy (plz ignore the con of same. She had to get it recently), but once I took out the outer layer to wash, I found the writing "MD Solido" on the inner cushion. No idea why... I emailed customer service on Chewy to ask why this happened and how to clean it... They ignored why it happened and just copied and pasted the cleaning instructions on the product page. There's no way to clean the actual cushion that has been written on, but you can clean the bolster cushion (which wasn't my question). I hate to be wasteful so I'll just keep the bed but this is quite unacceptable...
Big and cushy!
I was looking for a new dog bed for my 70lb Blue Heeler mix since her last dog bed had essentialy deflated and resembled more of a floor mat at this point. I looked at hundreds of dog beds but really liked the design of this one with the removable, washable cover, the raised sides and plenty of cushion. It checks all the boxes and is even soft enough for humans too, as my 6 year old son would say. We love it!
Bigger than expected!!
We ordered the Jumbo size for our 95 lb lab after debating whether to size up to the Jumbo Plus. But after receiving, the Jumbo was plenty big enough with room to spare. Our pup loves his new bed. He uses the pillows to rest his head and the foam bottom is very thick. Hoping it holds up well!
My aging dog loves this bed!
My dog is getting older and suffers from mild hip dysplasia and joint pain. This bed is perfect, both soft and firm and the perfect size! He loves to have his head elevated and is making good use of the raised perimeter on the bed! I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to those with bigger dogs with joint pains.
Best bed ever
We've had a few beds over the years, and so far this one is worth every penny. I haven't tried to clean it or anything, but this Large sized bed is perfect for our 55 pound dog who fits perfectly with a little wiggle room. Our dog has always slept curled up in a ball until this bed. He sprawls out in it and uses the elevated sides as a pillow. As soon as it's in stock we plan to buy a second one for the bedroom!
Awesome dog bed!
My dog LOVES this bed! He curls up on the high sides and there is plenty of room for him to stretch out. Plus it is so comfy! Best dog bed I have ever bought!
