gel dog bed
I was hopeful as I need a supportive bed for my 7 year old Dane with arthritis. The bed seemed great at first and it’s definitely big enough for her. However the cover thinned quickly and the foam became damaged/falling out. Not the quality I would hope for with a $100 bed.

Nice bed for dogs
He likes it okay. Paws at the “furry” side, so that’s a mess.

Beats the floor and she won't let me on the couch.
This is the perfect jumbo size for my 85 lb dog. He is always hot and panting
and with the cooling feature he seems comfortable. I recommend this for any large dog with a lot a fur!

Good idea but Poor execution
I bought two of these jumbo beds for my dogs and upon unpacking, I noticed both zippers were not properly fastened. Then within 5 minutes of having them on the floor, there were multiple thread pulls in the fabric on the top of the beds. I thought perhaps just the covers were defective, but on further inspection it seems they are not very cooling at all. Very disappointed.

Great bed, not cooling or gel at all though.
Don't get me wrong, this is a great dog bed, but it is super warm!! No gel inside at all, just two pieces of foam that weren't even glued together straight, so I had to cut it to make it fit inside the bed case. This bed runs really, really warm, the bed cover is a thicker microfleece almost. Great for winter, but not the cooling bed it is advertised as.
Disappointed
Delivery was quick and efficient. The dog bed arrived in good condition. However, I was surprised at the quality of the product. It was not equal to the level of Chewy products I have received in the past. The fabric was cheap and does not appear to be long lasting. I was unsure as to which side of the gel pillow was the cooling side. And most important, my dog won't use it.
Bed makes a big mess!
This bed is awful. The cover leaves pieces of lint all over the floor and my dog does not scratch or pick at it. I’ve tried washing the cover several times and that has not helped. Waste of money...all I do is use dust buster around it every day

Not so "cool"
This bed was advertised as " It features micro gel beads to keep the bed cooler and a gel foam core that includes a layered orthopedic foam core topped with gel-infused memory foam. " The cooling micro gel beads, which was why I purchased this item, do not exist.
Very Disappointed
I have only had the bed a short time and after washing the cover 1 time the zipper is broken. Very cheap cover with a cheap nylon zipper. Bed can longer be used as the zipper will not remain closed. Would not recommend - especially for the price.
DO NOT BUY THIS
Upon first inspection and feeling the bed, it’s very soft and has a memory foam type of texture. The cover for the foam inserts also feels and LOOKS very premium. The issue for me, is that this bed only LOOKS premium. The cover is made of the cheapest material I’ve ever seen and actually RIPPED when I zipped it closed. The foam on the inside of the bed was also ripping in MULTIPLE places when I was inserting into the cover very gently. As if this wasn’t enough, it seems like the Zipper is the main weak point and continuously came undone and broke free leading to me taking over 25 minutes just to get the cover zipped up properly and even then, the bed still has a visible tear where the zipper initially failed. I’m very upset I spent almost $80 for a dog bed that looks to be worth closer to $25 on a good day.
