Great Bed!!
We bought the jumbo size Furhaven Velvet Waves Orthopedic dog bed for our Husky/Pyrenees boy, Kipper. He weighs 80lbs and is very long (disproportionately so). We wanted a bed that would give him great support for his aging hips, and allow him to stretch out if he wanted to. He often sleeps curled up and looks much smaller than he really is; he practically folds himself in half. haha! He loves his bed, and so does our little Shiba Inu. She likes to forsake her bed and join him. The bed is great quality, has a really thick foam pad, and has sturdy and comfy bolsters (bolsters are important as Kipper really likes to lean into / against something when he sleeps). I highly recommend it.
Love this bed!
I have a senior mini poodle who is aging and has some back issues and he loves this bed. Only issue is the egg carton foam as some have said, he didn't like the texture and would be digging on it, simply put a thin blanket to swaddle him over top and he loves it. Pro tip, I added a heat pad under the blanket for the winter since it's cold on the floor and it's cushy enough he willing goes to sleep there instead of on our bed! He also loves the foam bolster, just right for resting his head and watching our every move. It's a trifle large for him, I got the medium I think and he is 11lbs, but it's perfect for with the aforementioned blanket.
My dogs LOVE their new beds!!!
First I want to say I LOVE Chewy!! They are an amazing company! Their customer service is the absolute best!!! Their prices are great, shipping is super fast and everything arrives when they say ot will! Their autoship service is awesome!! The dog beds are great!! My dogs love them!! And they have removable covers so I can wash them. I just can't say enough good things about Chewy!!!
His favorite bed!
We got this bed for our rescue before we even brought him home. He absolutely loves it! We've had it for almost a year now and its held up quite well - having a removable and washable cover is a game changer with a super shedder like our puppy! For reference, we bought a large and he is around 60 pounds.
Freya Loves it!
My Husky/Lab baby girl immediately got on her bed to take a long nap, she loved it almost immediately. I will say the sizing should be labeled differently as it's not fully accurate. Jumbo is definitely not large enough for a dog like a golden or a husky, Jumbo Plus is your way to go, I wish I had known that beforehand. But it's a good and comfortable bed!
Perfect comfort for our furry boy!

Comfy Cozy
Our bulldog puggle mix, Emery, is about 32 lbs and loves her medium sized bed! Very soft memory foam but firm enough where she doesn’t sink in much at all. We sometimes have this under a bedside style table for the couch and you can’t feel the plastic legs under the bed at all! The medium was perfect for her to be able to stretch out just as she likes. Only con- not very good traction under the bed. Slips around our vinyl floors easily.
Not for vigorous diggers and nesters
The plush material covering the bed deck is about as sturdy as a tee shirt. In just a couple of days the dog nails had torn slits into the covering and foam. Surprised because this was an exact replacement of his previous bed which lasted nearly a year. New fabric is less substantial and foam in the new one is egg crate rather than the smooth ortho foam of his previous bed.
the bed pills/sheds everywhere
I love the design and shape and comfiness of this bed, however, it is a dog moms worst nightmare with how much the fur pills off. I have to vacuum my living room everyday to get all of the scattered fur balls. Would not recommend!
Disappointed to say the least
I had high hopes for this dog bed. I ordered the large and small. The large was true to size but the small dog bed was not. I have a 5.5 pound chi and he barely fits on the small which states it can hold up to a 20 pound dog! The large dog bed is thin and gives zero support. Both of my dogs refuse to use these beds. Chewy of course made it right and accepted both bed returns no problem, gave me my money back and told me to donate the beds which I will do. Chewy for the win again!
