Makes my "granddog" feel more at home
We frequently watch our "granddog" and want him to feel welcome. He probably doesn't notice that we put sheets on the couches to protect them, but he has been here for a prolonged stay and I decided to get these to cover my couch and loveseat. They were much less expensive that another set I was looking at and I was impressed at how soft they were. I got the chocolate brown ones and was afraid they would show all his shedding hair, but they are very easy to maintain. I am very happy I got them!
Quality but NOT TRUE TO SIZE
First I purchased two loveseat couch covers because according to picture the length of my couch fit that size even though I doubted it because my couch is a regular size. They were definitely meant for even smaller than a loveseat. But the product was quality so I went to order two more for my two couches, which again according to the size description would be met with a loveseat couch cover. I ordered not a regular sofa but an extra large for my sofa just to be sure coverage was there. I received two extra large couch covers neither of which fit my regular size couch! like I said very quality product but size dimensions are not true whatsoever. I suggest going three sizes up if you are ordering for yourself. I also ordered a recliner cover, it fits well but the recliner is below average size so keep that in mind as well
Furhaven loveseat cover
I would not recommend this for loose pillow back furniture. The metal hooks that secure the strap on the sides warped and one broke shortly after we started using the cover. It does not have a way to secure the center back of the strap which might help the stress on the sides. It otherwise looks nice, fits well and would be great if the cover over the back stayed in place.
very nice product
These are nice sofa covers and reversibility is a plus. I love the attachable bolsters that help anchor the cover into the sofa. A cover I had previously fell off all the time. Reasonable price as well! Highly recommend!
Nice cover
This cover is nice looking and it fits pretty well. However, it doesn't work great for recliner couches. We have recliners on both ends and when we recline, the cover tends to fall down. In addition to the elastic strap, it needs something to hold the middle section down also.
Useable but not an old couch solution
Our well used couch sags and the cushions don't stay in place. It holds up nicely to the puppy's scratches, but it doesn't stay in place especially as the end cushion moves. We've been thoughtful about the placement, ensuring give in areas, and tucking too.
Latest purchase
We are enjoying the couch cover and so is our pup. I did notice that when she goes in on her nails the cover gets wet. I do not think it would withstand a serious accident, but it is working for us so far. As far as the look and feel of it, that is great. We even made it work for our sectional with the V shaped piece in the middle :-)
Saves the couch!
Bringing home a new couch and loveseat we worried how it would hole up against the 3 pups. Hello furniture protectors! Love these! We ordered the next size up to cover the furniture completely and I'm glad we did. All the areas needing protection are covered and I love the sponge rollers that go down into the couch to keep it in place along with the strap across the back. Since it feels like it has been raining forever here I really like the fact that they are waterproof and I can attest that they are. Would definitely buy again if needed.
Soft, Durable
Washes great. Looks nice. Only issue is the clasp that secures the back bent and broke immediately - within week one. I will have to sew in in place to use strap, otherwise tucked in.
Good but needs more fabric
I ordered the Xl for my couch, which is around 80 inches. The width is good. But the piece that goes over the top needs to be longer. There is a strap that goes around the back to keep part of the back in place, but not the top flap. A 2nd strap at the very top corner might work, or add about another foot of fabric to the top. Other than that I like it. The fabric seems very comfortable.
