My Furboy is a Husky , this helps with his shedding season.

Very happy with product. My dogs hair is tangle free and soft. It helped remove the fur, my dog was trying to shed naturally.

This shampoo is very moisturizing and that must be what helps reduce shedding. For something so moisturizing, it surprised me how well it rinsed off without leaving a sticky film. I got a lot more hair off of her while washing with this shampoo than any other so far and it has reduced the shedding once she's dry.

I just want to help clear up some of the misconceptions out there regarding the use of this product. Yes, your dog will shed more after using this product. However, when used in conjunction with a Furminator brush, once you work all that loose hair out from the undercoat, the shedding stops completely. At least that was my experience. So far I love all of the Furminator products that I've used over the years.

I used this before, but wanted to try other shampoos. I came back to Furminator because the shedding has gotten too bad.

I bought this for a friend who had run out of it and she said that her dog LOLA loved it and loved taking baths because of it. True to her word, LOLA was a completely different dog once the shampoo was rubbed in. She took the bath and we swore we saw that smile!

Thought I was going crazy but after 3 times using the shampoo and conditioner my babies hair shed even more than before showering. Decided to read the 1 stars reviews and realized others have the same issues. I had higher expectations based on everyone else's reviews but I was not that lucky. :( ... 2 stars (**) because the smell is good!

My 80lb Pitbull started shedding heavily during the fall/winter months. The floor by her crate looked like it was growing fur! I used this in combination with the furminator conditioner & the first time LOTS of hair came out. However after she was dry & I brushed her I noticed the difference almost immediately! This stuff works! I bathe her with the shampoo, rinse, then I use the conditioner & keep it on her for 4-5 mins before rinsing again. This has reduced her shedding I'd say by 75-80%. Happy dog mom here! Miracle in a bottle for sure!

I bought this shampoo because my Chihuahua started shedding a bunch. I gave her a good brush, then washed her according to the directions. The first week, she was already shedding less. I washed her again the next week and the shedding is considerably less. Although brushing is effective, she doesn't like to be brushed and grumbles after a minute or so. This is so much better and less stress on both of us.

This shampoo smells so good. It really leaves your dog smelling fresh and takes away that dog smell. I love this stuff. The shedding has really slowed down.
