Can’t figure out how to use the other side of the brush. It is almost like the bristles are in the opposite direction and would have to brush “up” instead of down which the animals don’t like.

Will the large work for an australian shepherd?
Answer by ChewyJul 15, 2017
This brush is ideal for medium, long and curly coats to remove surface mats and tangles without damaging the coat.

I have a cocker spaniel / shih tzu mix. Do you recommend the firm or soft slicker brush for her coat?
Answer by ChewyApr 16, 2018
Based on your dogs breed and coat type, we would recommend the firm brush which is ideal for medium, long and curly coats to remove surface mats and tangles without damaging the coat

What would be the BEST brush to use on my dog... she sheds something alfull
Answer by ChewyJun 25, 2019
The bent bristles are ideal for removing hair from your pet's undercoat. This brush would be perfect for reducing shedding for your canine.

Amazing Brush!!

This brush works wonders for my 10 week old Cavapoo pup! He doesn’t have fur but has hair. He is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed. It gets all of his knots out in his top as well as in his undercoat. I definitely recommend this brush for all dogs and pups!!

Not what I was hoping

I had high hopes for this brush. Had always seen how Furminator is so great for helping shed hair but I find that I do not get nearly as much hair off my dog and cat as I used to with my old brush.

Good durable brush split in two

This brush is split in the middle for closer brushing to fit natural curves.

Just OKAY..

I purchased this brush mostly for my collie and am not wow’d with the results. The bristles are very soft which’d be fine for a lighter coated animal w sensitive skin. The bristles have dual direction which are supposed to lift the coat making removal of loose hair easier but the bristles just aren’t up to the task w my collie’s coat. I’ve also used it on my Australian Shepherd who’s coat is much less dense and it’s ok but not as effective as I’d hoped

Good brush

I use this on my 4 month old, goldendoodle. I would have given it 5 stars, except that we can only use one side of the brush. For some reason, the angle is off, or something, but one side won’t brush. However, the side that we can use is great! We brush her twice, daily, and it holds up. Great brand and quality, they just need to change the bristles, on one side. I noticed that other people had the same experience. So it’s obviously an issue.

do not waste your time

I’m a dog groomer and this brush is pointless. *Can* this brush get hair out? Yes. Will you be still wasting your time? Yes. Get a Chris Christensen brush, it’ll change your life

not impressed

This brush is okay on one side, but the other side worthless for me and my dog. The bristles are angled different. Neither side bushes deeply as another brand brush does. My dog is med length coat. I brush my dog daily.
