FURminator Long Hair Dog Deshedding Tool

My neighbor recommended the FURminator to me when we were in the height of shedding season. So glad I listened! It was a bit daunting to sift through the many, many models to find the right one for my dog... size of dog, length of coat, "old" style or "new," availability, and price. But worth it! Chewy had the right one. My dog is skittish about brushing, but doesn't seem to mind the FURminator. I use it outside. It takes out an amazing pile of fluff that would have been in my house otherwise. His coat is cleaner and softer. Do the research to pick the right model, and you won't be sorry!

My dog loves to be petted. He is a border collie with long soft fur. The Furminator is an amazing tool. I have used dog brushes on him before and they did okay. Again I say, the Furminator is amazing. He feels better and just after one use you know it did a GREAT job. I was surprised to see his black areas, so black. And he feels sooo soft. I recommend this to everyone who has a pet.

I am really loving the FURminator. We had previously struggled with our minibernedoodle, Cali brushing her with a slicker. She would yelp and nip at the brush and try to squirm away. It seemed as if the slicker actually caused pain which the FURminator does not and no squirming until the end and she has lost patience! It also does a much better job of removing loose fur.

I had a furminator years ago and my own complaint was that their was no sort of buffer from grating against the dogs skin. Since this has the blue plastic that extends past the blade, my dog doesn't get scraped at all. For a shedding dog this is an absolute MUST HAVE! It reduces the tumbleweeds of fur rolling across the floor.

I have a large black Labrador and the fur in my house was unbelievable!! I would sweep the floors multiple times a day but there was always fur on the floor. After 1 session with the FURminator the amount of fur has dropped to almost 0!!! I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone with fur kids!!!!!

WORTH EVERY PENNY! I was hesitant to purchase a brush that cost $30 something bucks but it’s 100% worth it! I have a shiba inu and I’ve bought like 8 different brushes that claimed to deshedd and all failed. However this brush works like a dream! I’ve only used it two time and there is already little to no hair in my house! I pet him and fur doesn’t come off him!!! I do recommend to bush in session instead of trying to get it all off at once because you’ll be brushing your dog for hours. I absolutely recommend this brush! You won’t be disappointed

This is a great product. Purchased for my Border Collie who sheds so much. But also using on my Beagle. Both dogs love to be brushed. And it doesn’t hurt or pull the hair too hard. We could not believe how much fur came off our dogs. I will never be without this product.

This tool is beyond amazing! I never in my wildest dreams thought it would lift so much hair off my puppy. He is a short haired dog, and the amount of hair that came off him was incredible. I have used it everyday and it has cut down on the hair on my floors, etc by 99%. I highly recommend this tool if you have a dog that sheds.
