love it!!!
love this tool. does a wonderful job of getting down and and loose fur out. I've used other combs but this is my favorite as the handle fits my hand and is easy to pull through the fur even when my carpel tunnel is acting up. Also love the self cleaning bar for easy hair removal from the comb. Fur was left soft and silky without pulling.
Excellent Deshedder and Excellent Customer Service
I purchased the Short Hair Dog Deshedding Tool, Orange, and was amazed at all the hair coming off my Texas Cattle Dog. It works very well, it pulls out the undercoat, not the hair that my grooming brush pulls off. And my dog LOVES it. When I was done I found that the Edge Guard didn't lock into place, so I called Chewy Customer Service to ask if that was a common problem, or should I try to replace it. The representative couldn't find any other mentions of the problem, so she sent a replacement immediately and I received it 2 days later. It works great AND the Edge Guard locks into place as it should. 5 Stars for the product and 5 Stars for Chewy.
Best undercoat removal tool
My veterinarian recommended that I purchase a de-shedding comb for my long haired cat. I purchased the FURminator and could not believe how much fur it removes without effecting the top coat at all. I have also used it on my short haired cat and found that she also has an undercoat of fur. This tool is especially great in removing a cat's winter coat and lessens the amount of shedding fur clumps that usually occur in the spring.
Great product
Highly recommend this for anyone looking to de-shed at home. Good size, sturdy, and removes an amazing amount of fur. Would also highly recommend buying it from Chewie, same product in stores for twice the price.
REALLY WORKS
I have a pit mix and the amount of hair everywhere is crazy, even with daily brushes. This gets all those those tiny growing hairs that her normal brushes obvious never get! Can’t wait to see less hair around the house.
My dog loves it!
My dog loves seeing this comb come out of the pet bin in the closet--she almost can't sit still enough for me to use it. She's a short hair mix whose hair is like velcro, so this comb works wonders to get all those tiny, loose hairs out. I might have to try it on my short-hair cats too.

This thing is nuts! I can not believe how much hair it removes. Our "shed monster" Gracie loves it and I even use it on some of our cats. Piece of advice, use this outdoors not in your house!
This brush is Furrtastic!!!
This is our favorite brush. It's helping us shed our winter coats getting ready for our summer bodies. We purr away our stress while our servant brush us. It has been a wonderful grooming experience. We highly recommend it.
Wow. The Best
60lb pit mix. Brushed him for 20 minutes yesterday and used this as soon as it arrive for a minute and got more hair off. Great quality and even better results.
Should be used carefully
It seems to me that this isn’t the best deshedder. It still pulls the dog's fur a little, but it works and helps to keep shedding under control.
