How much your cat needs to be nourished daily depends on their activity levels and what stage of life they are in. Generally, the more active they are (think adventurous outdoor cats) the more they’ll need to eat. Use the chart to the right to determine the nutrition guidelines for your cat.
Kittens: Post weaning up to 5 months old feed 3 times as much food as an Adult cat of the same weight. Between 5 months and 1 year feed your kittens 1.5 - 2 times as much food as an Adult cat and start feeding kittens as Adults after 1 year. Moisten food if desired. Always maintain a clean water supply that your kitten can easily access.

While it’s perfectly safe to stop feeding your cat’s previous food one day and introduce Fussie Cat the next, we recommend a gradual transition to Fussie Cat for up to 2 weeks. This is especially true if your cat has been previously fed a high grain, corn, wheat or soy diet. Start by introducing a small amount of Fussie Cat, increasing it daily while decreasing the previous food by the same amount. This will help avoid upset stomachs as it makes it easier for your pet’s digestive system to acclimate.

Cat Allergies, Picky Eater

I have two cats, one is not pick as picky as my cat with allergies. However, when trying to figure out what my kitty (Calida) with allergies is allergic to I find that most foods I try both will not touch. This food, both of cats tore into it. They absolutely LOVE it. And in the process I believe it has helped her allergies so much. Less scratching but still is cleaning herself a bit. Her hair has began growing back and she seems happier. I've had her on it for about a week now. I'll continue trying to see if it works great on a longer period of time. I wish it was not as expensive but it seems to be cheaper than most of the foods I've attempted to use. Perhaps good food just not for my cats

I bought this food for one of my sick cats who has since passed. She didn't eat it. My other relatively healthy cats didn't, either. The 3 ferals outside ate it under duress. The possum and racoons liked it.

Seems to be working well with their digestive problems. however, they've recently started up again and I think the culprit is a low-cost version of Churu, which they love. They love this dry food though and it's cheaper than the prescription stuff.

This food is great so far. Ordered a 2lb bag to try and my sensitive tummy boy hasn’t puked since. This is a huge difference from cleaning puke a few times a week! I have 2 orange tabbies and both have different digestive problems. Tried too many foods to list, but after lots of cleaning up thought I would have another go at it. Just reordered more, and it’s still working. A bonus is both cats are calmer, getting along better, and seem happier all around. Do not usually write reviews, but know the frustration Of trying to find cat food for sensitive cats. Really like that you can get a 2# bag ! I have donated more food to shelters that didn’t work out. Just hope they don’t change the formula, This food is great so far. Ordered a 2lb bag to try and my sensitive tummy boy hasn’t puked since. I love this brand. Ended up buying this flavor instead of my usual salmon when the salmon big bags were out. One of my cats loved it, the other ate it but not much and ended up losing weight. Swapped them back to salmon she put the weight back on and eats like a champ. If you have a picky cat salmon might be the better option
