About Fussie Cat

Co-Created by Cats

Instead of just assuming what kind of food cats will like, Fussie Cat lets them call the shots. Each recipe is co-created and taste-tested by cats to make sure your own kitty will love it. Aside from being highly palatable, Fussie Cat wet and dry foods are full of quality meats like boneless chicken, duck, tuna, shrimp and prawns to make sure your little carnivore is getting the protein-rich, feline-appropriate diet she needs.

Made for Meat Lovers

If there's one thing cats crave, it's the rich taste of pure meat. It makes sense, because they're obligate carnivores. Your four-legged friend probably lets you know exactly what she likes, and it's sure to be fish, poultry or meat. Fussie Cat has farm-raised poultry, ocean fish from the South Pacific, and a whole range of interesting seafood options like Threadfin Bream, smoked tuna, mussels, clams and anchovies.

Physiologically Correct Diets

Knowing that cats need meat protein to survive, Fussie Cat developed formulas that they call Physiologically Correct. As true carnivores, their bodies are extremely efficient in processing meat, so 20% of their diet should come from animal proteins. Fussie Cat's foods start with meat, are low in carbs and include a complete spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. You can be sure your kitty's getting all the necessary amino acids, protein and other nutrients.

Kitty's Choice

With two canned food lines and several tempting dry food options, your cat can always have the dinner she prefers. Fussie Cat Premium is a tuna-based menu that pairs this popular fish with chicken or seafood delicacies. Super Premium is made for chicken lovers with boneless chicken, low sodium levels and plenty of omegas. Market Fresh dry foods are crunchy and delicious, with proteins full of vitamin B12, and antioxidant-rich cranberries and blueberries.

Outstanding Quality Control

Fussie Cat makes their top-quality foods in an FDA-registered kitchen—the same kitchen that produces canned food that's fit for people to eat. Thorough quality inspections are conducted daily for food safety, heavy metals, pathogens, contamination and pesticides, so the end product is everything that you should expect it to be.

About Fussie Cat

Fussie Cat uses a carnivore-friendly, meat-first philosophy to provide wholesome meals that are full of the animal proteins your cat needs to thrive. Meat is always the main course, and carbohydrates only appear in limited amounts. They've created recipes that not only pass the strictest international food safety tests, but also kitty taste tests with flying colors. Cats from all corners of the U.S. will find all their favorites in Fussie Cat's Market Fresh dry foods and flavorful wet foods.

different quality

It seems there is a lot more oil in the cans, it tends to splash out when I open them lately (ALL flavors...of in Aspic) they never use to do that, the aspic has always been a thicker thicker gel consistency. Doesn't seem like there is as much food :( I cannot find a similar product which Steeler and Bristol love so much, I do feel with the price going up it should be the same or better quality.

Good product

I gave it 4 and not 5 stars because the quality of this product has gone down a bit since the pandemic. It was unavailable for quite a while, and since its comeback, my cats do not eat it as eagerly as they used to. There are chunks of very dark tuna in it that my cats seem to avoid.

Sometimes great, sometimes not

The manufacturer sometimes supplies almost human grade tuna, sometimes with a lot of big black chunks which my cat won’t eat. One never knows.

OMGosh OMGosh OMGosh!!!!!!

My Bengals are 4 years old and up until now had only eaten prescription (for sensitive tummies) dry food because they always used to throw up after eating any other food. Still, I felt they needed variety but was reluctant to deviate from their diet. I decided to try Fussie Cat canned food. They absolutely love it. They rush me when they hear the can opening. I am so grateful for this wonderful and nutritious catfood that together with their prescription dry food keeps them happy and healthy.

cat loves it

My cat really enjoys this particular food. It has a good consistency and he eats the whole can. My only criticism would be the cost, which is a little higher than other namebrands that chewy offers. However, I will still purchase because my cat enjoys it,

Love the food

My cats Beau & Malakai love it! They refused to eat any other kind of cat food, it has to be Fussie Cat and I don't blame them, it looks good, lol. I just wished the cans were a bit larger and not so expensive.

My cat loves it

My cat is truly a fussy cat, and will eat virtually no other brand.

Not a winner for my Cat

Fussy cat makes a fantastic product. My cat only ate this because I made her. She like the tuna anchovy or tuna chicken. She won’t eat anything that is not partially tuna. Fussy cat indeed, might end up being a starved puddy cat! Ugh!

Disappointed

Was trying to give some variety to my little girl but the first time she tried it she ate a few bites & walked away. I tried giving her more a few days later but she won’t eat it. Disappointed since it was pricey.
