About Fussie Cat

Co-Created by Cats

Instead of just assuming what kind of food cats will like, Fussie Cat lets them call the shots. Each recipe is co-created and taste-tested by cats to make sure your own kitty will love it. Aside from being highly palatable, Fussie Cat wet and dry foods are full of quality meats like boneless chicken, duck, tuna, shrimp and prawns to make sure your little carnivore is getting the protein-rich, feline-appropriate diet she needs.

Made for Meat Lovers

If there's one thing cats crave, it's the rich taste of pure meat. It makes sense, because they're obligate carnivores. Your four-legged friend probably lets you know exactly what she likes, and it's sure to be fish, poultry or meat. Fussie Cat has farm-raised poultry, ocean fish from the South Pacific, and a whole range of interesting seafood options like Threadfin Bream, smoked tuna, mussels, clams and anchovies.

Physiologically Correct Diets

Knowing that cats need meat protein to survive, Fussie Cat developed formulas that they call Physiologically Correct. As true carnivores, their bodies are extremely efficient in processing meat, so 20% of their diet should come from animal proteins. Fussie Cat's foods start with meat, are low in carbs and include a complete spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals. You can be sure your kitty's getting all the necessary amino acids, protein and other nutrients.

Kitty's Choice

With two canned food lines and several tempting dry food options, your cat can always have the dinner she prefers. Fussie Cat Premium is a tuna-based menu that pairs this popular fish with chicken or seafood delicacies. Super Premium is made for chicken lovers with boneless chicken, low sodium levels and plenty of omegas. Market Fresh dry foods are crunchy and delicious, with proteins full of vitamin B12, and antioxidant-rich cranberries and blueberries.

Outstanding Quality Control

Fussie Cat makes their top-quality foods in an FDA-registered kitchen—the same kitchen that produces canned food that's fit for people to eat. Thorough quality inspections are conducted daily for food safety, heavy metals, pathogens, contamination and pesticides, so the end product is everything that you should expect it to be.

About Fussie Cat

Fussie Cat uses a carnivore-friendly, meat-first philosophy to provide wholesome meals that are full of the animal proteins your cat needs to thrive. Meat is always the main course, and carbohydrates only appear in limited amounts. They've created recipes that not only pass the strictest international food safety tests, but also kitty taste tests with flying colors. Cats from all corners of the U.S. will find all their favorites in Fussie Cat's Market Fresh dry foods and flavorful wet foods.

WORTH THE MONEY

First off, this food does not smell like cat food! Some foods have a overwhelming smell that will waft through the whole house but not this one. Our fussy britches kitty is 14 years old with only a few teeth left. We have struggled the past few years to keep her weight up and it has been a struggle. After we couldn’t find her tried and true canned foods, we tried several different brands and this one was the winner. Fussy Cat looks like chicken in broth. She will eat the entire can and lick up the broth. I am not sure but I think she is back up to her fighting weight of 6 pounds!

not what i thought

the ingredients listed for this product say it contains chicken skin so i thought with that fatty richness my cats would like it. when i opened it up, it had the same white meat shreds i had seen in other brands that my cats rejected. i thought that this would be a combination of meat and skin and would look more processed, but i only saw the white meat shreds. my cat artie who needs grain free food completely rejected it, my cat tresor who usually eats fancy feast licked the gravy but didn't eat it. i will be donating the rest of the cans.

Good product

My toothless cat loves these. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that they are MUCH cheaper when purchased at the feed store. I wasn't paying attention to the price when I ordered.

Top Quality

My cat, Bennie, has gotten extremely picky so I was glad to find this. It looks and smells like chicken I would eat. He's been eating it every day for weeks. As long as he eats it, I will continue to buy it. Thanks Fussie Cat!!!

Good quality food

I think this food is good value for the money. It has enough gravy to be appealing, and enough food to be nutritious.

Loves it

My cat will eat chicken only and does not do well on too many additives. She will clean the dish and not regurgitate later. This premium food is worth the price for a healthy feline.

Picky Kitties

Thought my kitties would like this because they eat the chicken/tuna Fussie Cat but sadly they are not a fan of this. That’s okay, the outdoor neighborhood kitty loves it! Great quality food though.

5/5 Stars - Would reccomend!

This food helped my sick kitty start eating again. She suffers from chronic kidney disease and recently stopped eating her regular low-phosphorus food. Fancy Feast makes her ill, so I decided to give this a chance to see if she’d start eating again. It was a success! Now she gets this along with her regular food. She’s putting on weight and not ready to go just yet.

Cats do like this

My cats really dove into this food the first several times. After about the forth time giving them this food they ate some but not very much. I expected a food called Fussie Cat to be a none stop favorite.
