A New Beginning Animal Rescue (ANBAR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Utah-based organization dedicated to saving lives. ANBAR is a foster-based rescue focused on providing cats and dogs loving temporary homes while awaiting their forever homes. ANBAR primarily focuses in the Weber/Davis County region, but we also accept transfers from throughout northern Utah and surrounding states. Our goal is to reduce unnecessary euthanasia rates and improve animal welfare through community building and public education on the mutual benefits of spay/neutering your animals and responsible pet ownership.
