Label will not peel off, and plastic top broke within the first few months of owning. Would recommend getting a different similar product.

This container worked really well for us for a few months; it’s a good size, it seemed to keep the food fresh, and it stored unobtrusively against a wall near where we feed our cats. Unfortunately, it doesn’t latch very tightly, and one of our cats (who is usually as dumb as a bag of rocks, so this isn’t a case of an unusually smart or talented pet figuring things out) figured out that she could stick her nose under the latch handle, push it up, and open the container, leading to an all-night kitty smorgasbord. Once she knew she could open it, she did it all the time. We ended up having to buy a different container. If you store your pet food in a locked cabinet, this container may be fine. We ordered this container, wanting something to hold our dog's large Merrick dry food bag that we autoship. The bag is much cheaper so having Chewy deliver regularly is perfect. We've used for 1.5 years and container looks like new, including having survived a house move. Food stays fresh, and lid is easy to snap open and shut 2x a day. When food gets low, I scoop remaining amount out, wipe clean, put in new food then add old food to top so it gets used. Also like we don't have to lean over much to get to the food. If needed, lid easily snaps off to clean in the sink. Definitely recommend; you recover the price by buying the larger more economical bags, and plastic is sturdy.

We have had ours for over a year. Always keeps food fresh, super durable and easy to use. I will definitely buy this again if it ever breaks or disappears!

I'm giving it a 3 star because the lid latch is so light it it hardly latches shut. The bin itself is great, sturdy, and holds the perfect amount for my cats. I'm lucky they have not figured they can just pop the lid off though.

I tried to put a 13 lb bag of dry cat food into this container and it did not fit, and the clasp is not as air tight as you would expect.I ended up keeping it just because I had nothing else to keep my cat food in (since my old bin had broken).

Works great for my dogs food. Clicks so you know it's closed. Keeps roaches out, they are a problem in Florida. Love the slender design. Doesn't take up alot of space.

I ordered this container for my cat/dog food. They say they have 3 sizes (8lb, 15lb, and 25lb). I buy cat and dog food in 7 pound bags, so I bought the small. As soon as it arrived, I new it wouldn't hold the food. The label says it can hold 8lb+ of dog kibble and 10lbs+ of cat kibble. Neither actually fit. The cat food almost fit, but the dog food was not even close. I have since ordered the medium (15lb) size and my 7 pound bag of dog food fills it up to the green on the label, but at least it fits. If you get the right size, the product works just fine.

like this container I have three of them for my dogs food they fit in small spaces which is nice not like those bulky container that take up a lot of space It also keeps the dog food fresh

This food container is the perfect size for the cabniet I bought it for. It is durable and love that the lid snaps closed, to keep the food fresh. Great product and the best price.
