Gen7Pets Promenade Pet Stroller

I have been looking to purchase this stroller for quite a long time now. I decided to purchase this stroller for the kitties as their Christmas present. We have been having so much fun taking our darling Lily and Micky for so many strolls in the neighborhood. Also to the beach, the market and the bank. They are loving it so much as they are indoor cats. This stroller glides so nicely and is very sturdy. They can sit up and look around or when they feel tired or intimidated they can lie down and look thru the front window. We are surely getting so much pleasure with this stroller. Lily and Micky absolutely love going along with us for our walks out on the town! I would highly recommend this stroller I have been looking to purchase this stroller for quite a long time now. I was apprehensive about buying this stroller because my dog hates the cart that I attach to my bike; however, she LOVES this stroller. I initially planned on purchasing the model for 25lb dogs, but after reading the reviews I opted for this model which supports dogs up to 50lb. She is a 22lb Westie and can comfortably lie down in it and take naps. Honestly, I don't see how a 50lb dog could fit comfortably in this stroller. I suggest you also purchase Gen7Pets Smart-Comfort Pad; the pad provided with this stroller is thin and slippery. When the dog gets excited, it slides around and also provides no cushioning. Here is what I like about the stroller : 1. Handle is cushioned. 2. Here is what could be improved: 1. Be careful when collapsing the unit. If you happen to be in a parking lot, it will slam down on the asphalt and could over time badly scratch or tear up the frame along the front wheel. 2. Would be nice to have a clip on the unit to attach things like portable water bowl, poo bags, etc... There is a storage area at the bottom, but you have to get on your knees to access it. I attached a zip tie along the handle for this. 3. Pad provided with the unit is too thin and slippery. 4. You must make wide radius turns; otherwise, you have to pop a wheelie to make sharp turns. 5. Hooks to attach dogs harness to the unit are too small. They will not attach to some of her harnesses. Its beautiful! Its nicer than we were hoping for. Hes still getting used to it before I take him around in it. I dont want to make him afraid of it. But we absolutely love this stroller its made very well, its pretty and matches his gen7 carrier bag and the car as well. Black and gold it looks so nice. Ive pushed it around the house and its a smooth ride. I think hes going to love it when it warms up outside. Its snowing in Colorado and too cold for his little body right now. But soon we will be out and running everything over! I dont have any pictures of him in it. Out of everything from Chewy.com this is the only thing without one. But soon! The front wheel of this stroller does not move at all. You would think it would steer from side to side, but it just pulls to one side and drags when you turn around a corner. Not user friendly. Not really worth $100. Look at different ones before settling on this one. I regret this purchase but have already taken it outside with my cat. Because of the impossibility of a smooth ride, she was not too thrilled.

I usually put her and her bag with all her stuff in the main compartment. There is a removable underneath compartment that can fit a surprising amount as well. It held all we needed for 2 people and a pup. The cup holders fit a standard 16 oz H2o bottle, and the “parent” compartment is perfect for a phone and keys with room to spare. Always use the leash clips if you have the front unzipped, they are a great safety feature. Our girl got excited and jumped out when we first put her in the stroller in the house. she’s ok, but it could’ve been worse if we were out walking. When the top is zipped it’s like a screened porch. The double zippers make it quick and easy. The canopy can fold back or closed for shade. The top of the canopy has a screen so you can keep an eye on your fur baby when it’s closed. There is also a secure zip opening at the back of the seat area for extra ventilation or a place for doggy steps or if your dog or cat is able to jump in or out on their own. The zipped screen keeps the mosquitoes out in summer and is great for busy places when you need more security or for a cat or other more agile animals. Our cats all like to lay in the stroller but we haven’t trained them to use it, since it mainly for the dog. But if we needed to they could easily stay secure in the zipped stroller. The screen part seems fairly claw proof if you have a mostly calm cat. It held up to some curios cat claws without a problem! The pad is washable and everything cleans up well. I love this stroller! It is well made, beautiful pattern and it was easy to assemble. My beloved dog has advanced heart disease and isn’t able to walk real far without tiring. She loves the stroller rides and fresh air. What a perfect gift for her. I highly recommend this well made beautiful stroller. It has a convenient place for my phone, drink compartments and storage area. It moves with ease and it has given us so much happiness.

Finally, Bailey can go out and about with me and I won’t get tired from holding her for long periods of time. The quality of the stroller is nice and sturdy, and the design is pretty. The pad inside could be a bit thicker for more cushion, but this could be achieved with a blanket. It took me about five minutes to put it together (super easy installation). I really like this stroller, and I’m ready to put it to use.

I was wanting a stroller since forever and finally got this one. I have 2 Corgis, around 30lbs each one. They fit perfect. It's a little bit heavy so when I put one of them inside it can be a little bit hard to make curves. Assembly was a little bit confusing but I put it together really quick. The only thing is that the female doesn't seem to like it at all. For the moment I'm using it with the canopy open because the zipper doesn't feel strong. It is hard to close it and I don't want to break it. Other than that is a good product.

First off I love CHEWY because of the awesome customer service and prices. I order everything for my dogs from them. The stroller arrived in 2 days and was very easy to put together took about 10 minutes. All you put on are the wheels and cup holder. It has a very smooth ride and looks very well made. My small dog coco has some knee issues and this is perfect for when we go out places. She loves it!

Got this stroller for my 16 year old cocker spaniel who weighs 23.5 pounds. He barely fits and unless he lies down you cannot close the top. I wish I knew how to attach a picture. However, it was easy to assemble and made our 10 month old happy because she got a long walk today. Just don’t buy it for any pet that weighs more than 20 pounds.
