I have an 18 pound Jack Russell who is now 14 years old and just doesn’t want to walk as far as before. So I could get the walk I needed, a stroller seemed the best option for both of us. I chose this stroller because I have a second dog who weights 25 pounds and may need it in the future. The stroller was delivered quickly and was well packaged and very easy to put together. I found to my surprise, that my grouchy dog is happy to ride in it. The wheels are plastic and I hope they hold up. I don’t know if replacement wheels can be ordered. The rest of the stroller is well made and after rolling along now some 25 miles it’s holding up very well.
I love the stroller, once it's put together. The wheel assembly for the rear is difficult. The cotter pin has to be put into the hole below the hub which I found to be a nightmare. Then one by one both wheels fell off, one with the cotter pin breaking on the straight upper part. With a very slight design change and a fatter washer, it could be easy. I was able to wire the wheels back on using two needle nose pliers and sturdy wire.
This stroller is sturdy and comfortable for my two puppies. They being in it. Plenty of storage space under the passenger compartment. The height is perfect for long walks my arms do not ache. Very stylish. One of our best purchases from Chewy.
Our 11 year old Havanese has been afflicted with a number of health issues that making it difficult for her to walk. One of our sons gave us an inexpensive stroller - the 4 wheel variety - which was difficult to maneuver. This stroller - the 3 wheel variety - is a bit heaver, but exceedingly well made. Very easy to maneuver. Some reviewers stated that they had difficulty in assembling the stroller, but we are mystified by such comments as we found it to be extremely easy to put together. Not the cheapest, but very well made and worth every penny.
A good sturdy stroller with nice size wheels .. doesn’t tip over like my previous stroller Con- super large shopping basket underneath that you cannot access - who designed this feature?
I really like the stroller, however two things would make it better. 1. An access from the top canopy for treats or petting would make it easier to use while walking. 2. The tether strap should come from the back of the stroller. The side straps enable the easy jump out of the stroller feature. I am just happy we were I. The living room and I was right there to catch my baby (and that she was wearing a harness and not a collar.
Very pleased with the Gen7Pets Promenade Pet Stroller. It was very easy to assemble, even for a 75 yr old lady. Very sturdy and operates very well. I have one Gen7Pets stroller that I have had and USED for over 6 years - it has held up very well Very good quality. I have a Mini Schnauzer that I take everywhere with me and use the stroller constantly.
This is perfect for my puppy! She is unable to do the length of walks I would like (Frenchie), so this is great with going back and forth for her between walking. Right height, well made, spacious storage underneath, sturdy wheels!
I bought this for my almost 15 year old bichon who can walk but just not very long. She's very comfortable with sitting in it while we push her and we even took it on a dirt hiking trail and it handled great! It says it is all terrain and def is. I wouldn't hesitate its a great comfortable stroller........
This is my second stroller same as the first. My dog never has had a complaint. It fits him to a tee and he is very comfortable in it.
