Feed according to age, size and activity level of your dog. Feed at room temperature. Refrigerate unused portion. Keep fresh water available.
When transitioning to a new pet food, do so slowly over a period of about 7-10 days, mixing an increasing amount of new food with old food each day: Start with 75% old food mixed with 25% new food for approximately three days. Then mix 50% old with 50% new for approximately three days
This was my dog’s favourite food. I don’t know what happened to the quality, but the last batch gave my dogs the worst gas and diarrhea. The house smelled like poop until I stopped feeding it to them. No more gentle giants wet or dry. I tried calling the manufacturer and there was some voice like Goofy from Disney on their voicemail. I didn’t leave a message. Not professional when asking questions when my dogs are sick. I do not recommend.
We knew Max would love it but our Chihuahua Bobo can be a picky eater. She devoured this food. After she realized she loved it when we went to the area we stored the new cans she couldnt wait for us to open the can and feed her.
My husband spoke to Burt Ward from Batman and Robin who created this food to extend the lifespan of Pets. The ingredients has made his own dogs pass years with extra life. So I want my Dogs to have a longer life too.I am giving it a try.
Although they like the wet canned chicken the amount of bones I am finding is Not Good especially for my dogs. And not just randomly once every time I have to dig through their food I might as well feed them fresh chicken I debone. I bought this for less work but too Scary Buyer Beware
My Aussie puppy will not eat it and I have a case minus one can sitting on my counter. Not sure what to do it the case.
My Golden Retriever loves this canned food. I use it as a topper on her Gentle Giants dry food. She enjoys all flavors of Gentle Giants canned food.
I needed a wet food to introduce a little more moisture into my dogs food. He's a VERY picky eater, but he absolutely loves this product. I use this as a topper for his dry food. He's on Orijen Senior, and loves this combination.
My dog loves this food! We've not tried the salmon flavor but the chicken or beef flavors are a hit with my boy
I wish my dog would have liked this food. Looks like a good company but my dog walked away from this can food 2 days in a row. Only negative, I wish they had selenium yeast instead of sodium selenite. I gave this to a person who rescues dogs. I hope they have better luck with it.
I put 1 tsp. ONLY, in his kibble w/water, and he polishes his bowl CLEAN. I will make a note, though, it smells like fish, which he loves anyway.
