Once your dog has been transitioned onto any of the Gentle Giant recipes, all of their recipes can be used for rotational feeding without further transition.
Is this safe for a puppy? I have a yorkie-poo who is 5 months old. :)

doesn’t like it

My boy goes krazy for the chicken version. This….he does not like. When I got the bag I just knew he would go crazy cause he loves real bacon. He wouldn’t even touch it the first day so eventually I purchased a chicken bag so I can mix them together and he won’t even eat it. No drool no Nothing.

Great Product

When I called in to check on another order I discovered the customer service rep. had a similar dog as mine. I proceeded to ask her what she fed her Husky and she told me Gentle Giants. ( I had to mix wet dog food to my dogs dry food to get her to eat it (Blue Buffalo). When I received the Gentle Giant order I gave my dog a trial bowl to see what she'd do. She inhaled it in minutes. Its the first dry food I've seen her eat and she's 11 years old.

Gentle Giants Dog Food

This is the best dog food ever! My cousin told me about it & even sent me samples of the chicken and beef. My English Bulldog loved both! The size of the nuggets (bones & hearts) is perfect for him. I will recommend this to everyone I know.

Great Experience

Ordered Gental Giants Beef and Bacon on a Saturday, and got it Sunday. Switched our dogs food as advised and things could not have been better. He loves it, and there was no change to his bathroom runs...5 STARS for sure

Gentle Giants dry dog food

I was a bit leery to try for my pets at first, but thought I’d check it out, for a little variety for them. So far they seem to be liking it, and haven’t had any problems, so will just keep watch how it goes for awhile.

Disappointed

You were out of the dry auto ship for my dogs and one of my dogs has a severe chicken allergy so I had to find a replacement that would work with a similar price. I ended up getting 2 bags of this because it only came in 24 pounds and I didn’t want to run out. My dogs wouldn’t touch it. I had to get beef stock to add to it just so they’d eat the first bag. I went to a pet store to buy food until my next auto ship. I’ll donate the other bag. My dogs aren’t usually that picky but they absolutely refused to eat this without extra incentive

Best Quality HEALTHY Dog Kibble

Gentle Giants is NON-GMO and no gimmicks. I trust them as they feed both my puppy and my 80-pound Standard American Bulldog. The bulldog is a rescue who'd been a stray He had major garbage gut when we got him (bad diarrhea ensued and we had to buy Dr. Harvey's for $80 a month PLUS cook 2 pounds of fish/meat per day!) It was $180 per month for food just for big dawg. GENTLE GIANTS PROVIDES THE WELL BALANCED NUTRITION OUR BIG DAWG NEEDS WITHOUT ALLERGENS (and without garbage.) It has barley and other healthy grains, which keep our BIG DAWG REGULAR. It is also best for heart health. Tips for ELDERLY and small dogs: If you find the kibble is too hard you can grind it in a nutribullet /ninja, etc. Then you add some water to help moisten it and soften the food. Some small dogs like it. Some don't. Don't disparage this food at all because your dog doesn't like something or because your cleverness left the building. Thanks. And, honestly let me get out my soap box and stand on it. Shame on all these other gimmicky dog food companies that are trying to be all "moral" and "healthier than thou" for ridiculously priced food. This is EXCELLENT FOOD and considering that FOOD COMPANIES (hippy or NORMAL) buy food IN BULK AT WHOLESALE, THERE'S NO REASON FOR AN $80 bag of food. No, not ever.

German Shepherd loves this .!

I have tried over 30 brands of dog food for my German shepherd, she only liked one out of them (SO PICKY) and the dog food she’s been on for about a year is now giving her issues. I was recommended this brand by a client of mine and my dog started eating it before I got it out of the bag.

Food change

Will stick to the salmon this just gave my pups loose poops not sure why. It may be good some But there Salmons the best just need bigger bags.
