Combination Feeding: If feeding with wet food, reduce dry amount fed by 1/8 cup for every 2 Tbsp of wet food.
As puppies grow up, they need to learn when, where and how to eat. Depending on age, puppies should be fed at the same time and in the same place, 2 - 4 times per day. Food should be removed after 20 minutes, if not eaten. In the beginning, puppy’s food can be moistened with a little warm water. Looking at the chart, divide the total per day by the total number of times you feed your puppy per day to determine the portion size for each meal. Keep a clean bowl of fresh water available at all times. Holistic Select believes in feeding dry and wet food in combination whenever possible to help increase the level of water in your puppy’s diet. Every dog is different so optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size and activity level. Please use this information as an initial recommendation only and adjust as needed.
The transition period should be at minimum, ten days and could take upwards of two weeks, depending on your pet’s sensitivity to change. On day one, introduce 10% new food and 90% old food. Keep the food at this ratio for two or more days. Next, increase the ratio to 20% new food and 80% old food for two or more days. Repeat increasing in increments of 10% until you’re feeding 100% of the new food. If your pet experiences any kind of digestive upset during this time, try slowing down the process to let his or her digestive tract adjust to the new food. Some vomiting and/or diarrhea can be normal when introducing new foods as the digestive process and the naturally occurring bacteria your pet’s body requires is a complex and delicate system. If you experience any vomiting and/or diarrhea, be sure to reduce the amount of new food the next time you feed and overall, slow the whole transition period down even more.

best ever - try it
By k8gallagher on Aug 15, 2019
Game changer. 4 dogs, different ailments, different sizes, pickup rates, allergies, I was having to home cook everything and it was making me crazy. Saved the day. I can see an improvement in energy, and all that good dog stuff. Better than nutro.

Great ingredients - Yorkie loves it
By GaiusGracchus on Mar 3, 2018
We switched to this brand after finding garlic powder in the canned Castor & Pollux we'd been using. This one's ingredients are fine - and the food looks and smells very good. The only downside is that it is expensive, but the quality is certainly there. This particular version is like a stew but has very small pieces that are easy for an older, small dog to chew. It has tiny pieces of meat and carrot, etc. that look fresh (for canned food, anyway! :-)

BEST DOG FOOD!
By Debycakes on May 15, 2017
I try to feed my Boston the best possible food out there. She has sensitive digestive system, so, for a long time I made her food myself. It was expensive & tedious. I tried this food at her doggie daycare center and she loved it. Since switching to this food, she has had no issues whatsoever! Very happy!

Good quality and they love it
By bigdogs on Jun 5, 2017
Good quality food and both dogs (who are not picky eaters) eat it without hesitation. The food has a smooth, uniform consistency and is a can-shaped lump surrounded by some fluid (not too much). No digestive problems. Chewy packed it well so the case came without damage.

Excellent canned food
By ScottieLover on Jan 17, 2017
Go! canned dog food is recommended by many sources. My dogs love it and I love the fact that it is good for all stages of dogs' lives. I only need to have one can in my refrigerator, not one for puppies, one for adult, one for senior.

Healthy and Tasty (on the evidence)!
By liz47 on Jan 10, 2015
My finicky Havanese-Tibetan loves this food, especially with a little Primal or Stella & Chewy's crumbled on top. He gobbles it happily, has better stools, and is energetic (without making me crazy). I happened upon Go! by chance and it's perfect. I'd like to try a different Go! flavor, but so far it's chicken, turkey and trout for my guy. Please don't change a thing. :-)

Excellent Dog Food
By BigJim on Jul 29, 2014
The ingredents are fresh and look like I could eat it! I mix this with the Fit and Free dry dog food and my dog loves it. After a week on this food my dog has become more energetic and just has a healthier look!

What can I say? Read the expert reviews and you're sold. It's not the cheapest food, but definitely the best.

not sure yet.
By DaisyMay on Jun 13, 2013
nothing wrong with mr. chewy as i love the service they provide. go switched formulas on the same can/flavor I've been buying and my dog got sick this week. not sure if it was the food - we'll see as i start to reintroduce again next week. if your dog has a sensitive stomach watch out the formula is not the same. chicken is first ingredient now.
