Do you make replacements of the post itself?

At this time, replacement posts aren't available for this product.
How can you clean this product? I volunteer at a rescue and we need to clean the scratchers in between cats.

It is recommended to spot clean stains and vacuum fur (using small handheld or attachment) when necessary.
Would this be appropriate for 12 pound cat? Thank you.

Do the paw print and the tube come apart from one another?

The post is separate from the base and will need to be assembled by using a screw to attach them. All parts and instructions are included.

SAVES MY DOOR FRAMES

Recently my cat started scratching the door frames so I was looking for a way to stop this behavior. At first Aby didn't take to the scratching post but so I put a bit of catnip on the base and she has now stopped scratching the door frames.

very sturdy

My new kitten was scratching on my couch etc. and I got this and he uses it all the time. The little mouse entices him to play and then he scratches the post. Very nice weight so it does not tip over when he is playing on it.

I wish they would make these so the top part(the post) would unscrew so you could replace just the post after it becomes shredded . my cat loves it

Sturdy product

Great product at reasonable price. Not difficult to put together & sturdy. Cats are enjoying the dangling mouse especially. I put some catnip on the pole & pad to get them to try it out. Working out great & I plan to purchase another. Thanks Chewy for your exceptional customer service!

Never again

Awful It came out of box with a funny odor and withen min my cat had some of the brown dye from the carpet on her fur. I'm NOT happy! Just too much to deal with I threw dam thing away. Buyer beware
