Broke within 24hrs
I bought this cat scratcher along with 3 others for my two kittens. They are about 9 months old. The wood stick at the top which holds the “birds” was broke in half less than 24 hours. The scratcher itself is cheaply made compared to the other products I’ve bought. My kittens do not prefer it.
Defective screw
The screw that came with it was defective. I don’t know how they packaged that and expected it to work. We had to buy another screw for it to assemble. It wouldn’t have been safe if not. Tito doesn’t seem to be interested yet, but hopefully he will come around. If not, our other cats may like it. Love Chewy! Not a fan of this product though.
Next Time More Challenging
Great toy. Great price. My cats love it but the balls come out way too easily. You could make the holes smaller because they LOVE the challenge and maybe even make it where they won't come out.
