I like that the top level/perch is fairly large, approximately 16x24 inches and the “cave” is 16x16 inches. When I first finished assembling it I was concerned that the top level may not be sturdy enough, but once I moved it to its permanent location up against the wall it seems like it is plenty sturdy. The “cave” has a solid top and bottom so the cats are able to use the top of the cave as a step to get up to the top level. There isn’t much padding on the bottom of the perch or cave, and the heads of the screws stick out of the top perch, so it does require additional padding to be comfortable. The carpet on the posts is pretty thin, so I’m not sure how this will hold up to scratching.

very sturdy

Took two people to put together, but is bigger and sturdier than anticipated. Window seat will need an extra cushion.
