Very sturdy &a bit heavy but not too much

This was very easy to put together. Took me approximately half an hr with the help of a 8 yr old. Feels very cozy. This would be perfect for kittens. My 5 month old boy loves it. He prefers the bottom condo as the top one is sized more for a kitten or 2. He loves the perch that allows him to lay and watch out the window. I plan on putting this at the front door screen so he can have a good view of outside from the front of the house. I bought a much larger cat tree for my bedroom since my windows are higher off the ground…but this is perfect for the front door/screen when it’s open. Also I would suggest not to twist the screws in extra tight as it might split the boards. I put mine flush and tight but not overly so.I’m sure I’ll have to tighten a few times of year. That’s fine with me

Cat aproved

I gave 4 stars because it came without assembly instructions.So I had to figure out how to put it together. After I got it assembled, it seems pretty sturdy. My cat seems to like it so far.

Cute little cat tree/condo!

We made our cats a playroom/hangout sanctuary space in the basement and wanted a variety of spaces they could use for private time away from each other. We have a tall cat tree but wanted to add smaller ones. This condo looks nice and has a good variety of options for them, with two little houses and two platforms. My husband had it assembled in no time. It's plenty sturdy for my active cats, and they use it a lot, even in a room with tons of options for them. Don't let the "economical" concern you, this is a decent quality cat condo.

New Cat Condo

My new cat is a rescue and it took her a few days before she would go inside her new condo. But she has now pretty much explored all of it. Easy to put together. Very happy with purchase.
