Cat Fun for everyone
Easy to put together. Four stars instead of five as the second level sticks out enough that it is in the way. And the box on top only works on a specific side so he can look out the window and/or into the room. If I swing it, then one view is blocked and it takes up too much space on the landing. Maybe add an add'l spot to screw into and make one that opens to the 'left' and one to the 'right'. The top pedestal is too high for his liking. The rope is intriguing but too close to the hammock. It needs to be anchored to the wall. A lot of complaints? No. He thinks this is the BOMB! Just took off that tall pedestal and will see what he does about the rope.
Cat Condo good / hardware not so much
The cat condo I purchased is very good, with many aspects that my cats really seem to enjoy. It was easy to assemble, but 2 or 3 of the larger hex head machine screws "stripped" somewhat when I tightened them all the way. The screws I'm referencing are among the 18 single threaded, larger screws. I believe the hex heads on the 2 or 3 screws are just a little larger than the hex Allen Wrench used to tighten them down, and as a result, I could not tighten them as securely as I would prefer. They're holding... for now... but they'll come loose sooner than later, and when I tighten them down again, they'll "strip" a little worse. ***NOTE: If you, or the manufacturer, could send 3 or 4 replacement hex head screws, my problem would be solved.*** Thank you.
She Loves It
She immediately took to her new tower and now sleeps in it. Fairly easy to put together, a bit wider than I imaged it. However, this is due to the side steps, but they do help keep the condo balanced--for when she hits it at full speed. Condo manages to hold its own and has held to rigorous claw attacks.

My cats (I have 3) are all different ages and they all like this tree. The only drawback is the scratching posts don’t allow them to fully stretch when they use it.
Cats dig it
The cats love the box and the upper beds. The platforms are fun too, as they'll sit on those to get someone on an upper deck. The swinging basket is useless- no one will touch it and I took it off and am using it as a floor bed. I didn't bother attaching the gigantic rope, as it smelled horrendous, and I didn't like the looks of it. The sides of the box are just fabric, and they clawed a hole in it after only a week, which made a new game, but it looks like it will eventually shred and have to be removed. The whole unit is stable and holds up to climbing and scratching.
Sturdy tree
Went together easily and doesn’t move when the cats jump onto and off of it. My only complaint would be that the scratching areas are not all the way to the top of each pole. The cats end up trying to scratch above the scratching area. I will add more material so they can scratch as they please.

Works Well
Have a couple of active boys who can be pretty rough on a cat tree but this one seems like it will hold up well. Good height to base ratio and the minute it was assembled they were in both beds, the little hut and the platforms that are a perfect height for window gazing. No complaints from them or myself. The soft sided beds are a big plus for our big guy too. Only thing is our big guy would like full sisal rope legs...easier for him at his size.
Looks nice
The screw used to attach the little house does not secure it and I even used a different screw and that did not secure it either so the house and pedastool that attaches to the top of the house is on my floor.
Very pretty.
This is the second one I bought, this one is much sturdier, than the last one we had. We have 3 cats ,full grown, they love it . Very glad I purchased this one.
