Love it
The kittens love this tower. The hammock does not stay on the hooks at all, and the hooks will pop through the board if screwed all the way tight. So we just left it off. Love it otherwise. The kittens especially like the soft round perch.
Avoid
Bad product. Fell apart way too soon. Badly made, and no customer service from manufacturer. And its so big to be such a mess so fast. Torn to shreds within a few months. Other products our cat has used sold by chewy are all still in great shape--but not this. Missed the return window by 3 days. Sorry I bought it. Its out of stock now--maybe it will not be back in stock--thats good.
Not worth investing
This cat tree is meant for only small cats or kittens, though it lasted a year I have had to fix/reattach many pieces throughout that time. And the top cat bed has finally become unfixable. First it had started to tilt, and now it has fully separated at the bottom of the pole. This exposed some very nasty staples that appear to be the only thing holding this construction together. If I had not been there to catch my cat when the top portion fell he could have been very hurt. Served me well, but not worth the price if this is how it holds up to regular use.
My cats absolutely love this thing. It’s massive, once put together it stands at least 5’5” high - I know that because it’s taller than me and the top perch sits just higher than my head! This is placed in my living room by a window so the cats can look outside and they’re obsessed. They’re always playing on it. Always running, climbing, jumping, napping, etc. Was super easy to put together. Yes, the hammock does come off super easily if hit the wrong way because it’s only attached by hooks. My cats don’t use that part so I may just remove it completely. This has helped keep my cats from scratching on my furniture too. My cats are ~6-7 months old but they’re big boys and it holds both of them easily.
Very Sturdy
When the box came, I never thought I'd get it put together. Once I emptied out the box, the pieces all had their place and were easy to put together. One of my cats loves the second and third levels, but my "fat cat" doesn't seem to be able to jump that high. The both love the scratching posts.
Better for small cats
I bought this cat tree last year. it’s sturdy and durable but it’s really meant for small cats. I have a calico tortie she couldn’t really fit in the cubbies and the top fell off because she kept jumping on it but that’s just because she’s big. I would purchase this cat tree for smaller cats or kittens not really meant for big cats.

Cat Tree
I loved the look of this one but it’s just not great. The hammock never stays on the hooks. The hooks to hold the hammock do not tighten into the second base it’s like the holes were made too big. The rope sheds so bad. I have two kittens and one adult cat and all three pass on this cat tree.
Kitties love it!
Second time buying this cat tree. First one lasted 3 years. My cats love the basket on the side. The chubby cat likes to lay over the hole so his big belly can hang lol.

I thought I bought the small 1 that I had before, but it's smaller and order one for large cat.
