Happy kitty boy❤️
My cat LOVES it his old one broke and we replaced it with this one it is bigger and better. He was on it before it was even finished. In fact he was on it before it was out of the box. Hoping it withstands the test of time
Great expect
It's nice and fitting for I need out for my baby girl. You do have to build it. It's not to hard. There is no written directions. It's more of matching things on the paper. There is one screw I can't figure out to tight it. It fits but won't tighten. So far scamper loves it!

Wanted to love it, but wobbly
I waited for a few months to see if my cat would warm up to it but he does not go on top at all and rarely ever goes on the bottom. there used to be a dresser in that spot that he would use to get on top of the cabinets (he loved it up there) got this for him thinking it would be easier for him to get up there but its too wobbly, he will not get up on it
Easy cat tree
Easy to put together and cats love having a spot to climb. A little shaky though.
Cat tree and return policy
Happy with delivery of the cat tree. However the cats aren't using it and when I phoned Chewy to inquire about a return, the spokesperson told me it would not be a problem. I continue to make attempts to get my 2 cats to use the tree but to no avail, thus far. I hope if I have to return the tree I will have no problem. I am a new customer to Chewy but I was very impressed with your company when I ordered the tree. Thank you.

Easy to build, great for the price! Apx. 64” give or take. Lightweight but sturdy.
Great purchase
Cats finally leaving furniture alone from scratching and great entertainment for all. Not a very sturdy base but, hasn't fallen yet with two kittens fighting for the top. Lol
Disappointed
Was so happy to receive this. My mother cat Molly and her two babies were hsppy and playing everyday on this cat tree. Only had it a few months and already coming apart. Was never sturdy. Had everything tightened as much as possible, did not help. Finally one of the tall seats broke off at the bottom and it applears to be unfixable. Now I have to shop for a new one snd don't really have the money. This was a splurge for my cats. Now I am just out and so are my cats. Stuck in a small apartment with less to do, Very unhappy. I still reccomend Chewy. All in all have been moret han pleased with my association with Chewy. Always prompt and helpful. My problem is with the manufacturer of the cat tree.
Love it and Easy to put together
My cats love their new tree. It was easy to put together but it did take a lot of time. Weight wise this one doesn’t weigh as much as my old one. It seems well put together. We will see if it last as long as old one. Had the last one for 2 years before I had to replace it.
