Used it once. Within 30 minutes our cat ripped a hole in it large enough to get out. They were provided about 3 months to get accustomed to it to no avail.
Loved it until

I received this as a gift and was thrilled. I have loved it for a bit over a year, though not used consistently. I've been using it again lately for my 12 lb pup, when today the zipper broke on the front. What a disappointment. With all the rave reviews, perhaps I got one with a flaw.
Used for 4 years now!

Disclaimer: I got this (size small) for my CAT, not a dog.
When I first adopted my cat 4 1/2 years ago, she freaked out in normal carriers. She still doesn't love going to the vet, but she'll tolerate this one. It gives her (12 pounds) room to spread out. It's a bit awkward to carry through doors, but it is doable and not too heavy. She has all her claws and has tried in vain to get out, but she's never been able to and there's zero damage to it even today. And, when we're not traveling, it's her bed. She sleeps in it and on top of it every day!

This is a nice crate. I just wouldn’t use it for a puppy , I’ve found they scratch through the netting. But for a calmer dog they’re nice. It collapses flat.
My dog Loves it!

I purchased this as a kennel to keep my blue heeler in if we have to go to the store or leave her at home for a brief moment. She loves it and now uses it as a bed. It’s also very roomy. She’s 35 pounds and only takes up half up she curls up into a ball. Laying out fully, she still has plenty of room to flip around and stretch out.

My poodle puppy loves this carrier. I use it in my car and its soft enough that I can lay my seat back and it will bend to allow me to do that. I also love that I can see into it so easily and she can see me easily, but she can't distract me while I am driving. She is very comfortable in her crate!
Not great for bigger dogs that are a like to wiggle
on Feb 9, 2020
This is not bad for a calm or older dog. My standard poodle is 2 years old and has been crate trained most her life. I Got this kennel to take to the dog shows to have her lay down in between showings and unfortunately when she gets up she’s happy and Wiggley and just by her leaning against the side panels it ripped the very first day and she wasn’t even trying to actually get out of the kennel just leaning against the window and wiggling. So I can’t recommend this kennel the noz kennel has held up for over 9 years this one didn’t even make it through the weekend dog show
Great but has flaws

We got this crate for travel and staying in the RV for our Great Dane. He's 9 months and about 115 lbs. He was comfortable with room to spare as he grew. We liked that it was soft sided and easily collapsible. I was initially concerned about him tearing the mesh but it ended up being ok since he is crate trained already. The top bars are ok but as others said, one side did get stuck and we had to hit it open with a screwdriver - wasn't impressed with that. Overall, it did what we needed to with ease but hopefully future models have a better bar system.
