Not made for young dogs

I bought this as a travel crate for my young dog. I should have listen to a cpl of the reviews and would have saved myself the $. I don’t know why there is an opening at the top to me it makes no sense. This is actually how my dog got out, she opened the mesh and had a field day. Also, why is there a strap on the inside where dogs can chew it?? I feel the mesh part could have been made better and the strap put somewhere else.

Not at all what I thought it would be. My Chihuahua is only 3 pounds and judging by the picture I thought it would be the perfect size. It’s much too large, very heavy, difficult to assemble. Not at all what I wanted

Maddie got in it right away and loves, loves, loves it. She camps out there for a few hours every day. I got it for her vet visits and was surprised to see her jump in it right away and still like it when she got home.

Poor quality

Used it once. Within 30 minutes our cat ripped a hole in it large enough to get out. They were provided about 3 months to get accustomed to it to no avail.

I received this as a gift and was thrilled. I have loved it for a bit over a year, though not used consistently. I've been using it again lately for my 12 lb pup, when today the zipper broke on the front. What a disappointment. With all the rave reviews, perhaps I got one with a flaw.

Disclaimer: I got this (size small) for my CAT, not a dog. When I first adopted my cat 4 1/2 years ago, she freaked out in normal carriers. She still doesn't love going to the vet, but she'll tolerate this one. It gives her (12 pounds) room to spread out. It's a bit awkward to carry through doors, but it is doable and not too heavy. She has all her claws and has tried in vain to get out, but she's never been able to and there's zero damage to it even today. And, when we're not traveling, it's her bed. She sleeps in it and on top of it every day!

This is a nice crate. I just wouldn’t use it for a puppy , I’ve found they scratch through the netting. But for a calmer dog they’re nice. It collapses flat.

My dog Loves it!

I purchased this as a kennel to keep my blue heeler in if we have to go to the store or leave her at home for a brief moment. She loves it and now uses it as a bed. It’s also very roomy. She’s 35 pounds and only takes up half up she curls up into a ball. Laying out fully, she still has plenty of room to flip around and stretch out.
