Good Pet Stuff Hidden Cat Litter Planter

Love the idea, but it's not practical.

While this litter box is aesthetically pleasing, it is not practical. To clean the box, you have to take off the top. The top comes off easily, but you must ensure the tracks are lined up properly when putting it back on. I wouldn't purchase this if you don't have the time, focus, or physical abilities for it. Additionally, the round litter pan can be challenging to scoop because it is round. Especially, if your cat pees against the sides of their boxes, which mine do. From a safety perspective, my cats wanted to and were able to chew on the fake plant. Obviously, you don't want them to ingest anything that isn't their food. So if your cats like to chew on plants, they will likely want to chew on this too. While I wouldn't say it's easy for them to get on top of it, it is possible. Especially if they like a challenge. So, overall this litter box has been more of a pretty pain and time waster.

I see several reviews about it being flimsy and that is not at all true. You do have to pay attention when you put the top on that it’s on correctly, but it literally takes three seconds. I’m not sure why the other reviewer‘s are having an issue. It’s harder to get on a Tupperware lid, then it is the lid to this litter box: what I like about it is that it’s round and when I had a rectangular one, the cat always backed up to the corner. She doesn’t do that anymore. I have one inside and one outside on the lanai and love them!!

The litter box actually looks a lot nicer than I thought it would! And the fake plant also looks good. However - the Spanish moss that is supposed to go in the top is SO tempting for mischievous cats. Mine have already pulled it out twice in one day, so looks like I’ll have to get rocks or something else to put in there. Additionally, the lid is a bit wobbly and hard to align when you go to snap it onto the base. All in all though very pleased with how it looks. Great way to hide a litter box in my apartment.

Not practice

This thing is great in theory, but is poorly made. It’s separated in two pieces.. top and bottom. The top sits on a very thin ridge along the bottom. super annoying to get to stay. If my kitten touches it, the top falls inside the bottom. It fell right on top of her. The base of the plant is also just covered in shredded brown paper, which looks like a fun toy to a kitten/cat. I dk what to do with this thing now. we’ve just taken the top off and now it’s a 60 plain litter pan.

Exceeded my expectations!

I love everything about this cat litter box! The sides are nice & high so one of my kitties “just can’t miss” the litter box anymore!! I’ve had no problem putting the top back on either. Good quality!! My kitties adapted to it immediately.

My Blanche first thought it was a bed. Only problem, I had to remove the grassy thing around the top. Blanche kept pulling it out. So I removed it. So far good with the filter and leaves. Gives her plenty of room.

This is awesome!

This looks so nice, definitely if you point the opening away from view it just looks like a potted plant. My one small complaint is that it's slightly tricky to get the top to line up just right for a snug fit while changing the litter, so if you're mobility-challenged, it might be a little tougher. But overall I love this thing, and my cat does too.

My cats love it!

My two cats love this litter box. It is spacious and inconspicuous at the same time. I will definitely be buying more of these for my house.

Wanted to love this

Unfortunately the plastic is warped and the lip is also very thing so getting it together is impossible. The plant and moss parts are also super flimsy and didn’t stay where they belonged.

Love this. My boys look this one over. I don’t notice any odor from it.
