This crate is great depending on what you’re using it for and the type of dog you have. Some of the bonuses are that it’s really easy to travel with, super light weight, comes together pretty easily and obviously. The only issue I have with this creat is that your dog can get out of it. The front “door” is a flap that zips together. On a recent trip to the beach I put the dog in the crate while we went out for dinner- when we got home we were greeted by my pup at the door. Now for our purposes it didn’t really matter that she had nosed the flap enough to the point where she could get out but if you plan to use this crate outside (if you’re camping or something) I would recommend getting somethingThis crate is great depending on what you’re using it for and the type of dog you have. We actually just use her leash to clip the zippers together so it’s not really a big problem but something you need to be aware of if your dog is in anyway an escape artist.… more
Not great for puppy
on Oct 6, 2019
I got this to take my Cavalier puppy the the specialist out of town. She rode the entire way out out the kennel. When we stopped at a rest stop, we put her in it and went potty ourselves and then returned for her. In just a few minutes she had chewed/clawed a hole in it. I think if you want a nice kennel to set up in your home, this would be perfect as it's very easy to set up and take down. However, if you plan to leave unsupervised, if you dog is a chewer or clawer it may not hold up well.
Two 15lb dogs that are already crate trained
on Sep 21, 2019
**I would only purchase this if your dog is crate trained. If your dog isn’t crate trained, I could see the screen tearing up easily from scratching.** I put my two 15lb dogs in it. I keep it in folded up in the trunk of my car for when I stay away from my home and have my dogs with me. It is very tall. Easy to fold up and store.
My puppy can escape.

I’m not that smart and I tried 3 times. He escaped every time. Trust me I checked and double checked the zipper. He got out.
It’s well made and sturdy. Very light so on his last jail break he was able to turn it over.
I love the look of it but it’s not good for my mixed breed Houdini.
Sturdy and my dog loves it

It's very sturdy & my dog loves having her own space. Hard to build using directions...best to just figure it out by looking at the direction of the zippers. My dog HAS figured out how to scrape at the zipper from the inside and get herself out, so you might take a baggie twisty with you if you travel with it and NEED the dog to STAY in the crate. :-)

I received this product Aug 8th, 2019 (I purchased the 43 inch crate) and so far it has been an amazing investment. I have a 5 month old Labrador mix puppy (currently 30 pounds), he has no destructive habits, so it’s perfect for when we’re traveling. My only problem with it is that the mesh door seems quite flimsy and low quality.
Also when you first receive it you have to connect the zippers of the doors to the crate ( which is quite difficult), but other than that it’s a great product. I only recommend it for people with non destructive pets. Also the 43 in crate looks like it could be large enough to fit a full grown German Shepard ( Don’t take my word on it).

This crate is not very substantial. In addition, putting it together was a nightmare. The thought of assembling it and disassembling it at trials is not positive. (I do have a friend who uses this crate and loves it, but it is not for me!)
Too light for it’s own good
on Sep 1, 2019
This crate is so light that it comes with stakes to hold it down outside. However it is worthless for indoor use. The minute the dog leans against the side it rolls. Found my dog in it on the side, bed on top of the dog. I do not recommend this for indoor use and it is so light that I would only trust the best trained dog in it outside.
Finally found a truly portable crate!

Love this crate. It is so light and portable. I like the zippered door and windows on all sides. Our Golden goes everywhere with us and now we can take his special space with too. Love the carrying case.

The soft-sided dog crate is a waste of money. My 3 mo old puppy was put in it to spend the night. She was out of it in about 20 seconds. The zipper was torn that fast. So I wasted my money and will not recommend it.
