Is the lettering on the tag stamped into the metal, or painted?

GoTags does laser engraving, which is a permanent marking of the surface to change the color on the tags. It is not the same as scribe engraving or stamping. The lettering will last as long as the surface of the item is not rubbed or scratched badly.
How heavy are they? Cats don't like weight.

If I only want my pet's name centered on the front does it matter what line I put it on?

If putting just one line, you must use the Front Line 1 and leave the rest of the lines blank. It will automatically center in production.
what is the diameter of the small tag?

The small tag has a diameter of 0.9 inches and the regular tag has a diameter of 1.2 inches.

Great tag for a good price

I wasn't sure about how the quality of this item would be. However, I was very happy with the product when I received it. The tag is hardy and looks as though it will last forever. I would highly recommend it. Great tag for a good price! It is a good size and would work for either a cat or dog.

Works Perfectly

I got this for my cat,Scarr, it’s not too big or too small, fits just right on her collar. The color pink is a little off from the picture, not so bright of a pink more of a metallic but I still like it. Fits a good amount of info on the back as well.

Color of the tags

I ordered the red and blue tags. I was expecting them to be a true blue and red but they are metallic colored. Other then that, the size of them are perfect for my cats since some cat tags can be pretty big.

Perfect Tags

I ordered 4 of these for our indoor/outdoor cats. If you are buying these for cats, recommend getting the smaller one cause these are huge but they are very good quality for $7. Through my vet they are $40 a piece so definitely much cheaper.

Really Good Tags!

I ordered this tag for a dog I adopted, and in 10 days he ran away from my farm 9 times. He was found and returned each time by very kind people, but I couldn't keep him home. He's adopted to someone else, but I do love these tags!

Beautiful tag

Received about a week after ordering and I was surprised to see how well all my info fit and how nice it looked. Got it one the collar with some difficulty with the split ring but finally got it and it went well with the rabies tag and PetLink tag. Then yesterday I noticed it was missing from his collar. The other two tags are still there. I am so disappointed that that split ring didn't hold up and the tag is gone and we are leaving on a trip with our dog in two weeks. So beware of using the split ring provided. Purchase one that is more durable.
