Looks nice, doesn't fit well.
My pup has issues with getting dry and itchy from collars so I wanted to try leather. This is a good quality collar but the buckle is a bit heavy for its size and it could use more holes to fit better.
easy to read and handsome
i was very impressed with this collar. we get compliments on it all the time! the yellow color thread on the dark brown leather stands out and is very easy to read. good quality for a good price also!
Good for the most part!
I've had this collar on my pup for about 2 weeks now! She's an itchy girl, so her nails have scratched at the leather, but I really love that I don't need a tag and she isn't botherd by the jingling. This collar, in my opinion, would not be good for a leash attachment. I wouldn't even test that given how other review mentioned the collar has snapped. Luckily my dog uses a martingale collar on walks, or a harness, so this isn't an issue for us, as her main collar has never been for walking purposes. BTW the "dark brown" leather with the purple text is both subtle, but recongnizable. I didn't want to be broadcasting my information on my pup's collar, and this was a happy medium as it can still be read from up close.
Puppy Proof
The collars are nice looking and well made. We have 2 fast growing lab/shepherd puppies. The puppies are sisters and are difficult to tell which one is which. Their names on their new collars are easy to read... it helps until they grow enough to have their own look. I am very happy with this purchase.

Leather collar
Got two of these for my Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix five month old puppies. They love to roll around in dirt which means they are always dirty but these collars have worked brilliantly, no smelly odors just leather. It helps to have their name & phone number in case they get loose.
It broke like it wasn't there
At first I loved this, it was beautiful collar. But then it broke, right where the belt hole was like it wasn't even on his neck. His toy got away from him out side while he was on his line and it just snapped. Luckily when dogs walk past he sits and wags his tail and does not pull or it probably would have happened sooner. Only lasted a little over a month.
