Sizing information was incorrect
My dog's neck is 15 inches. I initially ordered a medium as I did not want the collow to be tight - the collar was unable to adjust the collar to fit. Next, I ordered a small. The small was also too large to adjust to my dog's neck. So, I bought two collars that are useless.
name and number covered up
I ordered this personalized collar size small according to the measurements, but adjusting it to fit my dog's 12" neck covers up her name and the phone number, doesn't look like the photo, disappointed and will ask about returning
Quality fine but
Quality seems good so far but wish there were more sizes for options as the smaller one too small according to order info, so got next size up. It is too big so in adjusting, covers part of the the personalized name, phone number. Would have preferred less bright colors but not options either for personalized. Tags can break off so had to compromise with this.
Awesomeness
Love these collars, I have two more on my other dogs. No more rattling of tags with name & phone number visible right on the collar. Love it. great fit too
Was a life saver
Our Reggie is just a pup, but he decided to take off across the field. He ended up at a "neighbor's" house, and because he had his new collar with his name and our phone number, we were able to go pick him up right away. Without that information on the collar, who knows if we would have found him!
Fantastic
I had the worst thing imaginable happen to a pet owner. I lost my beloved pet. I have have 3 of these collars now, and my husky has been brought home thanks to this collar. Their tough and durable, washable and hold their color. I went with a pretty color for the lettering you can see but since then I only get black lettering so it stands out. Between this amazing collar, and the microchip my dogs are safer.
Not what we hoped
While we love the idea of this collar. The quality is not there. We tried to remove the collar to adjust it as it had become tight on our rescue pup after a few months of good food and love. We were unable to get the clasp to work. It simply would not budge. Even the groomer could not get it off.
Great Orange Color and nice big letters
I bought this colar after my dog wandered off and a kind person took her in. Orange went with her coat but the real reason I bought orange is so it's visible to hunters and drivers. Perfect color for that. The letters and phone number are nice and big so they can be read. I'd rather they were big and legible than that they'd been shrunk down so they don't go under the clasp. You can still read the numbers and that's the point.
Snapped very easily
I was very exited to have a collar that was embroidered. I was very happy with the embroidery and the silence of not having multiple tags clinking together. I let my dog (25 lbs) out on his lead and he snapped the collar in seconds. The buckle broke in two different spots. Very disappointed to have to look at buying another collar so soon after getting this.
Solid collar
This is a really good collar the only issue I had was keeping it tight enough around my dogs neck so it did not keep slipping
