This is one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. They strive for customer satisfaction and do it with no questions asked. I wanted the wider collar instead of the narrow one that was just ordered. They did so at no cost to me even though the smaller collar was already processed. These collars are worth their weight in gold. We live in a very rural area of Montana. Our collar has the dog's name and our phone number on it. Our Golden spotted some deer in our yard and before my wife could get him stopped, he was off and running. He is chipped but after three days in the wild and us driving over 300 miles looking for him, a woman and her kids spotted him and grabbed him for us. He is wearing the collar and an electric collar whenever he goes out. I got an XS for my Yorkie - who is a 10 pound Yorkie with an 11 inch neck (I measured). He has been finicky about wearing collars, as in, he hates them with a fury. We just moved and I am really wary he will get out of our backyard, so I wanted to make sure he has information on him. This is a narrow, relatively soft (nylon, not leather) collar that doesn't bother him (after the initial 10 minutes). I love that it doesn't have tags to clink in food and water bowls and get in the way. This is just around the neck with the information obvious. I kind of wish I got a cool, fun color (versus black).

Taking my dog on a plane for the first time, and am a little trepidatious. She is chipped, but this collar makes me feel more confident about finding her if — goodness forbid — she gets loose in the airport. (Prepare for the worst while you hope for the best.) It’s exactly as pictured and described. It was delivered within a week of ordering, which seems quick for something that was customized with name and phone number.

I ordered three collars for my three dogs. In the context of the importance of a properly sized collar, this product is a complete zero because it unbelievably runs quite large! My smaller dog’s collar size fell well within the sizing recommendations offered on the page, but shortening this collar to its smallest size, it is still too large. The other collars are also too large but in a different circumstance, for their neck sizes are on the larger side of the sizing chart, but the collars have to be tightened to the point the “buckle” obscures my phone number to get a proper fit. I wish this was not a negative review as the material and construction is great.

I bought the smallest size in blue with neon green text so it shows up nicely on my little dog. The clasp is very sturdy and the 3/8” size is perfect. This collar definitely has given me some piece of mind. I know when I’ve tried to catch a loose dog to return to its home it can be near impossible to check the small print on their tag (and unfortunately most do not even have a tag). My son bought the large size in orange for his dog and he also has only good things to say about the collar. I highly recommend it!

IMPORTANT: When you fill out the personalization be sure to put both the name AND PHONE NUMBER in the box marked TEXT. For some reason, I thought there would be a separate place for the phone number and wound up with a collar with only my dog's name. Had to buy another. Otherwise, I'd give this five stars.

We have ordered previous items from chewy, and I have always been satisfied with the service. They really hit it out of the park on this one! I ordered FIVE personalized collars for my dogs and they were personalized, shipped, and delivered within 4 days of my order! The quality is wonderful, and they look great on all my dogs (big and small!) I would recommend these to other dog owners, and will definitely recommend Chewy to all pet owners!

My little pit had a “choke” collar for years. Every time she would drink out of her water bowl, the chain would rattle on the side. This new collar fits really well and doesn’t rattle when she drinks. Plus, the lil girls name and my number are on it too Incase she gets lost.

By the time I adjust the collar for my pup, it nearly cuts off a letter in her name. Also, I ordered a black collar with fluorescent pink embroidery thread. The thread was not a pink fluorescent at all. It is in between maybe pink and red and a pseudo fluorescent. So not what I thought I was ordering exactly.

Great product, well made, and quick delivery! I like that this product allows you to put the dogs name and your phone number where they can be quickly and easily seen if she runs off.
