Best collar ever
Love this collar! Dog's name and phone number in case dog gets lost. The reflective part is very handy after dark.

Hit and Miss
I have purchased this collar a couple of times. The first two times the collars were great! I only purchased new collars because I ordered lime green lettering and the reflective coating would get dirty and it didn't make the lettering stand out anymore. Anyway, the last collar I bought was TERRIBLE!!!! The reflective coating started peeling within the first day of wear. That had not happened on any of the previous collars. Within 1 week of wear, the buckle started acting up. It would get stuck and I would have to work and work to get it undone. After 2 weeks of wear, the reflective coating was basically non existent and the buckle no longer worked. It is permanently fused together somehow. In order for me to get it off my dog, I had to loosen it completely and shimmy it off her head! Incredibly disappointed!!!
It was bigger than I thought
I measured my Pomeranians neck and ordered the right size but it was still too big. Now I have to order a smaller one. They run big.
Sturdy collar!
This is our second order of the same product. We initially ordered 3 years ago and that collar is still going strong, name and numbers are easy to read, reflective and the clasps are still strong. Pretty impressive when worn daily by a big, busy lab! It was time for the new puppy to have the same and as always, Chewy customer service is second to none!
Personalized Reflective Dog Collar
I love these collars SO much. I grew tired of replacing tags that kept falling off and/or the dogs would intentionally lose because they hated the dangling and clinking. These collars are perfect to solve that problem. The reflectivity is a great bonus, and the quality is overall fantastic. My only complaint is that they're not pitbull proof (which is a "me" problem, not a problem with the product itself)- my pittie is just a brat and does everything possible to remove her big brother's collar (I have 4 dogs and he's the only one she does this to). Unfortunately, I didn't catch her in time this time and she chewed the entire buckle off. No worries, though- we've got a new one on the way, so we're all good. Also, the shipping time is great for a personalized product.
Sizing terrible
The sizing says it will work for as small as 11". However the only way to do that ensures that the personalization is not visible due to the overlap. I am very disappointed in this product.
Plastic bucket blew apart
Just over a year old and the buckle completely failed. My dog (50lbs) lunged and the plastic pieces you squeeze to release it completely broke off. The collar fell off. Thankfully we train heavy on recall and she came back but we easily could’ve lost her. Go tags collar Not recommended.
Great collar
Arrived in 3 days and was perfect. Quality is great for the price. Seen another review where the reflective wore off. I'd bet a buck the dog is a scratcher...
Perfect Collar
This is the perfect collar for dogs who don’t tolerate tags. My dog was constantly trying to chew on a hanging tag. This collar has my dog’s name and my phone number on it. It’s reflective and the font is big enough that you can see it from a distance if the dog is afraid.
