GoTags Personalized Nylon Reflective Breakaway Cat Collar with Bell

I have now purchased a total of 3 collars and 1 tag and have I now have none. I bought this one and the tie dyed collar and the stainless steal tag during my first purchase. My cat lost each on the same day they were put on. So I purchased it again thinking I didn’t have it tight enough and she was slipping it off. Lost that one too! She’s a inside but goes outside to use the bathroom. We have a very large fenced yard and have yet to find any of them. No complaints on the look of the collar, I loved them, but I think there’s a issue w the breakaway part. Very disappointed to have lost so much money so fast.

I have bought many collars over the years for my cats and these are by far the worst and the most expensive. I thought it would be nice to have a collar with my phone number on it so I didn’t need to put a tag on it but that is a waste of money. The buckle lies over the writing and within 2 days of it being on the cat, you can’t read the writing anymore from it rubbing. It also doesn’t have a metal piece to clip a tag to so now that you can’t read the writing on it, there’s no way of putting identification on this collar. I don’t see how this has such good reviews overall. I know it says that the buckle may lie over some writing but I didn’t think it would be that bad and I thought it would be I have bought many collars over the years for my cats and these are by far the worst and the most expensive. 1. if your cat has a smaller neck (ours are about 7 inches), the sizing slider clasp will go right over the print. 2. we have only had these collars on our cats for about a week and the print is already significantly faded; looks worn/chipped off. Overall, overpriced for the crappy quality. We'll keep the collars but will have to get them actual tags.

I got two of these collars for my cats and the first thing I noticed was the reflective material was very bright! The bell also helps me keep track of them. But the number one reason I bought these was because we just moved to a completely new area and we wanted our phone numbers on the cats in case they got out. I specifically wanted one that had ID info on the collar itself instead of a tag so they wouldn’t lose a tag. We’ve had these collars for a month and all the ID info has already peeled off. If they get out now, at least you can see them in the dark but we won’t be getting any phone calls. Pretty disappointed.

My cat absolutely loves this collar, and it has been the only one he doesn't fight to remove. The name and number being right on the collar is helpful, and gives me plenty of peace of mind that Tigger will be found if he ever gets out. Excellent!

The collar looks just as us expected according to the website (I ordered red). It was super easy to adjust & I love that it's reflective. The bell is a must for me. The collar is a bit stiff but I'm hopeful it will soften with wear. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

My kitten has worn this collar for two months and the reflective strip and the contact information is rubbing off. I don’t feel confident that if she gets lost outdoors that someone will be able to reach us by the phone number on the collar because it has rubbed off.

They looked great, however the buckles were too weak and material was too long. I purchased two collars and both had to be tightened all the way to still be too large (for an adult cat). Then for my younger cat he easily and repeatedly snapped his collar off.

I mean, it seemed good quality and everything, and it would be perfect if I was putting it on a mountain lion - but it literally lasted a day and its missing. My options were make it a bit too large, or have the phone number in the middle of the slack tensioner. I guess in retrospect that wouldn't have been that bad, but still... Like, it was almost big enough for my Lab. Break away clasp was 'okay' - still had a fair amount of resistance, I know it wouldn't break on my smaller cat, however. I could see why - it had a small amount of flashing still on the clasp, after picking it off, it was better, but watch out for that.

I was so happy to find a cat collar, reflective, personalized & breakaway. The breakaway feature is horribly designed. One of my cats got it off within 48 hours & my other cat within a week. I gave it 1 star only because the collars arrived so quickly.
