GoTags Personalized Stainless Steel ID Tag with Silencer, Rectangle, Regular

The tag is a great size and weight and the engraving is good quality and legible. Initially was thrilled with this purchase - didn't realize the silencer glowed in the dark, but it's a nice touch. As many others have noted, the silencer is not very secure on the tag. It slips off the edge of the tag frequently. At first, only once a week or so, but now (2 months in) it slips off roughly every other day. Eventually I'm sure it will either snap or become too misshapen to stay on the tag. Providing a replacement silencer might be a good option if redesign cannot make them more secure. Unsure if we will keep the tag once the silencer fails - we'll wait and see how loud it is.

I bought these for my GSD and Shepsky. The engraving is so neat, legible, and spaced perfectly. I love it. I'm confident that the engraving will last. As stated in other reviews, the silencer did come off within the first day. But it is still a nice tag. It came with a ring to attach the tag to the collar. I had wanted to replace it with a heavier duty ring so that I wouldn't have to worry about my dogs catching it on something and pulling it off (as they've done before), but the hole on the tag is too small for a larger ring. I wish the hole was larger, but I'm otherwise happy with my purchase.

The tag is very sturdy and will be usable for many, many years (provided address and phone numbers don't change). The engraving is deep and not easily legible. The silencer glows a bright green all night without being recharged (I go to bed at 10pm and it's still glowing at 5am). The only problem is that the silencer slides off the tag easily, but it's easy to put back in place.

Awesome tag. I purchase this tag back in August 2019. Finally lost it out on the swamp doing some hunting 2021. As soon as he lost it I purchase another one. For all the hunting and outdoor activities we do The engraving was never worn always clear. The only reason I’m giving this tag three stars is because the silencer ring That glows is a great idea it just always comes off finally removed the ring from the tag. Great way to keep your pup ID. Without having to have his chip scanned. Would I buy it Again yes I did, would I recommend this product yes I would.

Plenty of space for information on both sides ; easy to read. Beneath my pets' names, I could add "I am chipped". Plus the silencer makes the tag more visible to others. My cats won't wear collars, so this tag is great on their harnesses when we leave home.

I wanted this because it looked like I could put everything on it. Which I did .The only downside is that the silencer keeps coming off that's why I gave it 4stars.Easily fixed with a little glue

This tag is decent- not great but not bad. The engraving is very shallow, so who knows how long it will remain legible. Also, the rubber ring that keeps it from jingling against the other tags has come off a few times already. We’ve only had the tag about a week.

I am disappointed. They are nicely made, the silencer feature is great, I hated the clinking noise of the old one. However, if I had realized that the information was just painted on and not engraved, I wouldn't have purchased them.

I was looking for a small memento for my police officer husband to have with him to remind him to be safe. I wanted something that would last and be durable. This dog tag fit the bill! We put it on his key chain! The front reads Daddy and the back reads Be safe. We need you hear with us!

I was a little disappointed the white cover over plate does not stay on always fixing it. Letters are very nice.
