Everyone will know your best friend's name when his collar is adorned with a Stainless-Steel Pet ID Rectangle tag. This durable, long-lasting badge is laser-engraved with up to four lines of text on each side. That means you have plenty of room to customize with your pet's name, address and emergency contact information—with up to a total of eight lines of personalized text, you can tell the world everything there is to know about your beloved furbaby. These tags are made to suit nearly all breeds. Meanwhile, the included silencer keeps the famous "tag clinking" to a minimum, cutting down on that jingling noise when your dog walks, jumps or leans down to eat his dinner. And it glows in the dark! The permanent laser engraving won't scratch or rub off, so this tag can stand up to your wildest adventures.

Sturdy stainless steel creates a polished, mirror finish worthy of your stylish pet.
Permanent laser print holds up to his exciting escapades.
Cut into the shape of a rectangle to make personal identification even more paw-sonal!
Glow-in-the-dark silencer quiets that famous clinking noise and offers life-extending protection for your tag.
The tag is basically what you'd want an ID tag to be, though it's a little longer than I expected, which is fortunately not a problem as I have a fairly good-sized dog. But the shape is pretty much ideal because it gives plenty of space for the letters and doesn't have any edges that get caught, and the silencer is basically a dream come true for me.
The only real potential problem is that our street name and address almost exceeded the 15 character per line limit, actually would have if I hadn't removed the period at the end of the abbreviation. Admittedly, our street has a somewhat long name, but it's not the longest even in my neighborhood. So that might be an issue for some people. I guess maybe that's what the four lines on either side is for, so you can have some info on the front if you need to use multiple lines for your address or something. I only used one line on one side, and three on the other.
The lettering is clear, the engraving deep, and I basically expect this tag will last the rest of my dog's life, which is exactly what I want it to do. I don't know if the silencer will last over the years, but it's looking good right now, though I have no need for the glow in the dark feature, it hasn't caused any problems and I don't expect it to.… more

collar tags arrived promptly and were securely packaged. Engraving is good and very legible. The plastic around the edge keeps coming off the one tag. Also, I thought the plastic was a frame around the tag, but it is stretchy like a rubber band. The plastic glows in the dark, which I did not expect and do not care for, although it might be a plus for others. I am going to have to remove the plastic that keeps coming off so it does not end up catching on something, like a toenail if my dog is scratching his neck, etc.

I chose this style for one reason. It had the rubber ring to reduce the jingling sound of multiple tags. It does that, but only for a few hours at a time. The ring slips off the edge of the tag and it becomes just like any other, only larger and noisier.
love and disappointment

We loved the tag! It is exactly what we were looking for. The personalization was perfect. The main reason we purchased was for the silencer band, so we were extremely disappointed when the band started coming off and falling apart after less than a week.
Tag is good but silencer is not.

The actual tag on this is good. It gets dirty easily but for the most part its pretty good. The silencer ripped apart after just a couple of days. My dog didnt bother it, it just came apart. I think the tag is too big for the silencer. All in all a decent tag.
Great Except for one thing

It is very readable and seems durable. However I purchased this item with the tag silencer on it. The silencer is always hanging off the tag. So I'd say purchase the version without the silencer for less money. The tag itself is great but the silencer won't stay on.
LOVE THE TAG

I'm in love with this tag. It has such a cool look. My only downside is the outside rubber piece that is glow in the dark and avoids the rattle of tags sound slips off of it a lot. And I just bought it.
Silencer keeps falling off
on Jan 28, 2019
Standard tag, printed as displayed.
The "silencer" is a rubber/silicone ring that stretches around the tag and is held in place by tension (like a rubber band).
It slips off the tag at least 3x a day for us, so we've had to continue replacing it in order for it to actually serve its purpose.
Would recommend a different option - unclear why this simple (yet annoying) issue wasn't addressed by securing the silencer to the tag.
Great Product, Great Value

Great Product, Great Value! We've had this product for a couple months on our German Shepherds. The glow in the dark silencer stays on just fine, lettering is easy to read and remains undamaged.

I can't say enough about the quality and workmanship. I couldn't be any happier with the dog tags.
