Grandma's Special Tummy Remedy

Grandma's Special Tummy Remedy

Simple Remedy is just what the (doggie) doctor ordered for an upset stomach. It's the traditional recipe for nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that's easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. This formula is recommended by veterinarians as something you can feed your pup in place of his regular meal until he's back to normal. The recipe is simple—just boneless, skinless chicken breast meat and plain white rice. Add some water, and it's ready to serve!

To make premium pet food, you have to start with the best ingredients. Grandma Lucy's is committed to using GMO-free, human-grade ingredients that meet strict specifications. • Good for feeding once in a while.

    By on

I think this food is far superior than any kibble, and my dogs enjoyed it very much. It is very filling. I had to cut the suggested serving size in half because my dogs could not eat all of it. I think this is a good food to feed my dogs every now and then just to switch things up, but I don't think it should be their main diet. I feel like this food has too much white potato flakes in it, but otherwise it is very good.

  • Another home run from Grandma Lucy's!

    By on Top 50 Contributor

We've used many of the grandma Lucy's varieties and proteins. Pureformance in chicken and fish, Valor in chicken and turkey and Artisan in chicken, pork, Lamb and venison. This was the first time we had tried the Artisan Bison and our boys were thrilled! We rotate proteins each month or two in both high quality dry kibble and Grandma Lucy's and Honest kitchen which we use as a mix in "gravy" with their dinner bowl. (1/3 C dry mix to 1 C hot water stirred into kibble = an empty dish!) Grandma Lucy's always gives me happy dogs that maintain good body condition. (I also use these products to wean litters of puppies on, it's perfect for that purpose!)

Nice dize but he didn't eat it. Mixing with warm water wasn't the issue or letting it set... he wasn't fond of taste

  • Dogs with Allergies

    By on

My baby girl is allergic to every meat you can think possible, pork, chicken, lamb, duck, so the only think that she hasn't rejected is Grandma's Lucy Bison. Yes it is pricey, but if you get special food from your veterinarian you'll be paying about the same.

  • Easy and always fresh

    By on

You can mix it up right away - or let it soak over night - either way easy to make. Nice and light. Love it for weight limited RV travel. No cans or added mess - make in a plastic container - wash it and re-use it. Love the lack of waste. And the dogs love it

  • My boys love this

    By on

The bison comes in smaller pieces vs other favors such as lamb, goat and venison. However, my boy has sensitive stomach and it's perfect for him because I don't need to cut the bigger pieces into smaller ones.
