Grandma's Special Tummy Remedy

Grandma's Special Tummy Remedy

Simple Remedy is just what the (doggie) doctor ordered for an upset stomach. It's the traditional recipe for nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that's easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. This formula is recommended by veterinarians as something you can feed your pup in place of his regular meal until he's back to normal. The recipe is simple—just boneless, skinless chicken breast meat and plain white rice. Add some water, and it's ready to serve!

About Grandma Lucy's

Since 1999, the Shook family has created pet foods of the same quality and made from the same healthy ingredients as their own food. • Dog Treats for My Baby

    By on

So far products have met my expectations. My baby loves the rabbit jerky but refused the sweet potato treat. But I am just looking for healthy treats for her and will try different ones until I have found all she likes. I cannot find diabetic treats locally that she likes.

  • Wouldn't buy again

    By on

Product arrived broken into little, tiny pieces. I was expecting something that looked like a sweet potatoe "slice". Initially, my dog turned his nose up at it; but I "re-hydrated" it in water and added it to his dry dog food and he ate that. Very disappointed in product.

  • Far Superior to the PureVita Competition

Bigger pieces with less of the tiny broken scraps at the bottom of the bag. My Lab cannot have most treats that are on the market (health reasons), so sweet potatoes are about all there is for her unless I learn to bake! We used the Pure Vita for years, always feeling disappointed with how many actual pieces you could get from a bag before hitting the unusable chips. Saw Grandma Lucy's while browsing for options on Chewy's site, and threw two bags into my auto-ship to try. These are now our girl's new "cookies." They seem to have less skin on each piece, they are certainly brighter in color, and (did I mention?) much bigger than what we are used to. • Sweet potatoes don't buy this

I was greatly disappointed in this product it was nothing like I expected. It was nothing more than a bag of crumbs. I was unable to use it at all. A big waste of money

  • Only one ingredient

    By on

I like these treats because the only ingredient is sweet potato. They are light and I can break them in half. My 12 year old Maltese can eat them without hurting her teeth or gums.

  • Crispy sweet potato slices

    By on

Our little dogs prefer their treats to be soft and chewy, and these are definitely crispy, but they eat them if nothing else is offered. lol
