    Easy to store

    By bunmama2 on Dec 22, 2020

Easy and compact to store. The hay was soft and had long strands once I break the bale, but I couldn't get my picky bun to eat it. I would recommend it for others.

    Love this hay!

By kieraofredwall on Nov 26, 2020

I usually feed this in rotation with Sweet Meadow Farm Timothy and Herbs hay to my buns, so glad that Chewy now carries both of them!

Great quality hay for your buns

By Hanna on Jul 29, 2020

I usually order 2nd cut Timothy Hay for my buns. However, I decided to give Orchard Grass Hay a try because the hay is softer & has about the same amount of fiber in it. Be aware if you buy this hay, it is made compact. That being said, when you get it, it will feel like a 10lb rock instead of a larger less compact type (some hay types come in giant boxes). This hay comes in a smaller size durable plastic bag. I just grab a bit at a time & peal it apart & transfer it to my hay storage bin so it is ready for the buns when I need it. I highly recommend this brand if you are looking for something easy to store away, great quality, great nutrition, & a nice price. Enjoy!

    Fresh Quality Hay

By bestpiggydad on Sep 28, 2020

This is very fresh, green hay. I've never smelled another brand that was this fragrant. My two piggies really like it. I haven't seen any weeds or dust in this hay. I like the compact mini bale. It's easy to store.

Very short 2" strands, but sweet and fresh.

By KokoSnapMom on Sep 6, 2020

I bought this small bag just to sample. It smells so sweet and fresh! However, it is super short strands around 2 inches. I'm using it to sprinkle on top of other hay when my piggies get bored and then they start foraging again. If i had received long strands, this would be a 5 star hay.
