Worst Purchase Ever!!!
Bought last year and it did not cool at all. I though I’d try it again this year but when I got it out of my basement is was wrinkled all over! My dog wouldn’t even get on it because it was so uncomfortable! I contacted the company and this was there response: Hi there, It sounds like you are experiencing dehydration with the pad. While uncommon, this can happen when the water in the gel evaporates. This is caused by numerous reasons including: climate, storage, shelf life and usage. Unfortunately, once the water in the gel evaporates, it cannot be restored. We warranty our pads for one year and it looks like this would have exceeded that one-year time frame. I apologize for the inconvenience on that! Although we cannot offer a full replacement, we appreciate that you reached out to us and we'd still like to help. We can offer you a brand-new pad for a 60% discount. The price of shipping will be additional. Please let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer. I bought this for my 8 year old pit mix who has severe elbow dysplasia and loves to lay on the cold tile. I wanted something that would stay cool and be softer than the floor. At first he didn’t use it but after about one week of us moving around near him he began to use it and now, a month later, will go lay on it almost every time he wants to be on the floor. Totally worth it because you can put it anywhere, like in car, outside, a different room, and it really stays cool for a long time.
