Great for goldens in warm weather
By Carly on Mar 31, 2021
We have a 75lb golden and got the XL. She gets so hot after a long walk, and it took a couple days for her to understand the purpose of the mat and how it works, but once she got it, she loved it!! We take it out after every time we get back from a walk and she goes straight to it. I was curious to see how cool it actually gets, so I tried touching a part of the mat she wasn’t laying on, and then touched a part that was underneath her and it was so much cooler. So comforting knowing that it will help cool her off on hot days

My Saint loves these!
By Suzie on Apr 8, 2021
My 135 lb Saint Bernard runs hot year round. The XL cooling pad is perfect for her. She took to it right away. I keep one in my office for her to lay on and it really does keep her cool. It’s also great for car travel, especially in the summer. She started using these as a puppy, and I can’t imagine not having them. She has poked holes in some over the years, but I just cover the hole with a little piece of duct tape and it still works great. I highly recommend!

My dog really likes this
By Rocky on Apr 7, 2021
My dog is still getting used to the new texture of this cooling mat, so I moved it last night next to his dog bed, and I found him this morning with his head and front half of his body on the cooling mat! To get him used to the idea, yesterday I lay down on the mat and coaxed him to lay down on it with me so he could feel how nice it feels. It’s tempting to get one for myself to put under my bottom sheet, LOL.

My old girl likes this mat
By Poppy on Apr 7, 2021
My 14-1/2 doodle has arthritis is nearly every joint. Additionally, she suffers from laryngeal paralysis. Keeping her cool is very important. I have had other cool mats yet somehow my lab likes to tear them. I keep this mat under close supervision so he can’t get at it. It seems to keep my old dog comfortable and she really gravitates to it compared to her other mats/dog beds.

Vestibular disease approved
By AshMaryland on Apr 1, 2021
Our dog has recently been diagnosed with vestibular disease and the meds they have him on, he is constantly panting and hot. Our vet recommended this and I was a little on edge because of the price, it doesn't plug in or go in the freezer, it has to be a gimmick. Sure enough, its the real deal!! I have a 72 lb shepherd who absolutely loves it! 10/10 Would buy again!!

Super Fluffy Peke Puppy Loves It!
By Jess on Feb 9, 2021
Our little Pekingese puppy has sooo much fur, and he's always seeking the coolest spots to lie down. Unless he's soaking wet or just came inside from negative temps, he isn't comfortable on cushy beds or warm blankets. We got him this mat, and he LOVES it. He chooses to lie on this mat most of the time, even when he's got his little fan blowing on him. It seems to work well to keep him nice and cool. I was skeptical, but highly recommend it! We got the medium size, and it is enough room for a very fluffy, 6-lbs. peke puppy. Any smaller, and he wouldn't have fit. So, be sure to check the measurements and make sure you're getting the right size for your pup. It’s a mat, and it cools!
By Cool on Mar 28, 2021
It does exactly what it says it does and our Nova loves it! She’s an Aussie puppy and gets really hot. Before the cool mat, she would always want to be in the kitchen or bathrooms, so that she could lay on the cold tile. But now, Nova will happily lay in any room that has either tile or her cool mat!

This is required padding
By BrandonAndCoco on Mar 30, 2021
Amazing. Tried it on myself, and it gets quite cold. The other positive testimonials played a huge part in helping us to decide if whether we should or should not buy this, and boy are we glad we did! Thanks, Chewy, for we'd have not discovered this amazing product by our own devices. Brandon and Coco

Disappointed
By Rosie224 on Mar 30, 2021
This mat does seem slightly cooler than the area it's placed on but my dog hates it. Something about the cooling technology bothers him and he incessantly scratches it. We've tried to counter-condition to no avail. I would not recommend this product.

Ready for Summer!
By RomitheGreat on Mar 14, 2021
We got the large size for our 45 lbs standard poodle. I put it out after our walks outside or after we play fetch but he’s just now starting to understand what it’s for. It really does cool down when you step on it and I’m glad I bought it before the Texas heat gets here.
