They all love it! What’s in those things?

Yes, I gave only 1 star because while all 4 of my fur babies love these things, it’s like a junkie who loves to get high. It’s so bad they won’t even eat their regular food now, and anytime - it’s night or day - that I go in the kitchen, they waste no time getting in there and begging for more. I went thru that whole tub in just over a week. Now, I understand it’s my responsibility to be frugal passing them out, but OMG it’s hard to be when you’re a pushover and they’re meowing and rubbing against you and the pantry door constantly. I swear, those things are like kitty crack!!

Cat loves it

My cat just had a few teeth removed from decay so I figured I should protect the ones she has left! She loves the taste and smell. Initially she inhaled them, probably because it still hurt her to chew. Now she actually chews them so I feel confident they’re doing their purpose. I’ll put them in her food bowl so they’re easier for her to eat (used to give them to her from my hand) and she will go right for these before returning to the food. Obviously has a flavor she loves!

Bye bye stinky breath!

My 15-year-old cat had terrible breath, and has had regular veterinary dental cleanings throughout his life. He now has an advanced heart condition that precludes anesthesia, so a professional cleaning is not recommended. Decided to try these dental treats; incredibly, his breath does not reek anymore. Added bonus: he loves these things!

These may be addictive

Our twenty-year-old cat goes nuts for these treats in a way that borders on scary. It's all she ever wants. I think the only reason she eats a few bites of her normal food is because she knows it is a prerequisite for a treat. So five stars for taste, I guess? I have no idea what it does for her teeth. I'm surprised she's able to crack these large and crunchy treats, given her advanced age.

Monkey's "Feline Greenies" - Dental Treats

When I initially purchased, I ensured I read through all of the ingredients; they looked good. Then, upon delivery, gave a few to my cat - Monkey -- and she instantly loved them. It's been a few years since she's had Greenies for a treat and begs constantly for them. Monkey knows where I keep them in the pantry and "meows, meows" in that direction either until she gives up -- or I give up and let her have one or two. Now, of course, you need to monitor not to give your cat too many treats. For her weight, I give her three treats twice a day. And, if she gets more -- due to her constant "meowing," I then cut back a little on her normal food. She's always happy to see more coming out of Chewy's delivery box! hee hee Also, her teeth and yes, all those teeth in the back of her little mouth -- are shiny and white. No tartar and I believe Greenies does help to keep it that way. Monkey is eight years old and is a little spitfire of a cat.

Made my cat itch

My 12 year old Molly really likes these dental treats, however, it really made her itch and pull her fur out. I never give her any food with wheat or corn, (two ingredients in the dental chews), however, thought I'd give it a try. I can't reorder this, it's too bad the company doesn't have the same product without wheat and corn.

I can't say if I actually see any dental benefits to these, but this is one of the treats that my cat, who is not particularly food-motivated, will eat. He will not eat the greenies that are shaped like squares. There is something about the shape of these (what are they, turtles-shaped?) he seems to prefer.

Cat loves these!

These are one of those great treats my cat will always go wild for, definitely one of his favourites. They make his breath smell better too, which is great because he hates having his teeth brushed with a passion, lol.

kitties love them

I rarely give my kitties treats unless they have a health benefit so they usually just don’t like treats, but they both run when they hear this bag opening. Getting the tub next time for sure :).

Greenies are pretty good!

One of my cats LOVES these and the other isn't quite as crazy about them, but still eats them. As far as cleaning teeth, we just started the treats so I hope it helps keep their teefies clean and us out of the vet dentists office. Fingers crossed they help keep good oral health for my kitties.
